At risk of reading too much into what might just be humor, I'll hazard an interpretation of what the signature line "Yes, it [Feyrisshire] represents 200% of my RL views" means. I think it means Feyrisshire springs out of the user's own views, but it's a hyperbolic representation—hence the hyperbolic "200%". So Sylphy does believe in communism, does think that the neoliberal world order is a colonialist and capitalist sham, does enjoy anime and perhaps even catgirl imagery, etc. There's even approximately 33% of me that thinks Sylphy leans a little bit "tankie" in their appreciation of Leninist and Maoist thought and might be kinda okay with some of Feyrisshire's more authoritarian-seeming policies that target bourgeoise power like corporations or certain of their products—but I would add the caveat that I don't think she's cool with stuff like ordinary civilian oppression. And some of this thinking is based on their content, like the news. For example, High Princess Reissechi Yuri's condemned social media platforms as tools of capitalist and fascist disinformation—which like, while banning all foreign internet is extreme, where's the lie? Yes, pro-labor movements can and do use social media in important ways, but it's also absolutely a tool that corporations and reactionaries can and do use to push their own agendas (I can hardly believe how much my socials' apparently really want me to subscribe to transphobic newspapers) and collect and sell their users' information. And so the categorical condemnation seems like it could be a hyperbolized manifestation of a real feeling of frustration, tempered by having VPNs legal in Feyrisshire, so the nation and user can excoriate the corporate interests without robbing the citizens of free media access. So, Feyrisshire does represent the user's views, but it manifests them with some hyperbole to make things interesting.
