I’ll go with The Aquaria, for two very important reasons.

For one thing, they aren’t set in the 1800s (fascinating as the East Plate would be to visit though, I’m sure), and they have the higher standard of living to match.

The far more important factor is that they have a city called Charlotte, which is also the name of my favorite plushie.

Edit: I’ve been ninja’d, recalibrating…

I think I’ll — very tentatively — go with the Vanguardist Union, though I say tentatively because there’s not a lot written on them. Their more futuristic variant seems more or less sane from the five second glance I took at it, but either way, long live the revolution, right? Please don’t hurt me?
