Would probably try and play the Axis and Allies off one another, and would join whichever side is winning when it's clear the war is almost over.
Basically if Leif Erikson had founded Vinland off the east coast of North America and it survived to the present as a multiracial state based largely on a fusion of Norse/Icelandic and Indigenous American cultures.

NS policies are largely canon, stats mostly are too other than how inflated they are.
