"In truth? It must have been... late November, 2003. This was somewhere around the turning point of the revolution - the Jodayan offensive was on its last legs, and we were steadily beginning to push back on most, if not all, fronts. This was also around the time we were beginning the transition away from guerilla warfare - with the amount of equipment we had salvaged, and the losses sustained by the enemy, we could afford to move into a more conventional style of conflict. But we were at a deficiency when it came to ammunition - an issue we hoped to solve by hijacking a naval convoy carrying just that. We came upon them somewhere in the vicinity of midnight - a small freighter, and three escort vessels. The aim was to hijack one of the escorts, sink the remaining two, and then go on to board and capture the transport vessel. And so there I was, rocket launcher held steady, in a stolen patrol boat. And at the last possible moment, I sneezed. The shot I fired arced off to the left, missing the escorts entirely, and impacted squarely into the ammunition-packed freighter. Which, understandably, exploded. Quite spectacularly, as it happened - two of the escort ships were heavily damaged, and the third veered off-course and into a reef. But the operation was a resounding failure - we had to wait another month for the next vulnerable convoy. My Guard commanders still poke fun at me on occasion - I get an awful lot of handkerchiefs as gag gifts around Christmas."

“Hmm. Well I think two are equally pride inducing for me. The first is the first Belkan Unity Day celebrations that the Osean President attended, in 2001. President Gerald Hemsworth was a known anti-Belkan, who had fought in the war. His policies would have crippled us, only being reigned in by the Osean Congress. He had hoped to see a poor, pitiful country that was begging for Osean handouts. It was clear he had never been to Belka since ‘95. I was on Mother Goose with him as it approached Dinmarck, in the late evening. He was red with rage seeing the beautiful city lights and skyscrapers in the distance. Like a Tomato! I had never felt so much pride at the time, showing him the sights afterwards. Even at the gala, he balked at the lavish Prince’s Palace and begrudgingly remarked on the “progress Belka has shown in the six years after the war”.

The Second was when after the Lumen-Sudentor nuclear meltdown in 2014. Belkan volunteers and others filled their cars and trucks and ambulances with much needed supplies and crossed the broder into North Osea in the thousands. Before the Osean Government themselves. By the time those Osean helicopters and Defence force personnel had arrived, they didnt need to help most of the displaced. At that moment I felt even more pride than in 2001”

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, From the Earth To the Moon, Invasion of the Sea and The Begum's Millions. All being works of Jules Verne, they are inspiring books that show characters with much depth create the impossible, whether a submarine like an aquatic mammal that travels the world, an enormous cast iron cannon that fires people into space (both being around the 1860s-1870s), a man made sea inside the sahara desert, or a utopian city and fortress/factory city both coexisting in the same world, all of which were made before their time or nearly unachievable, I personally find these to be inspiring books, very innovative indeed. Of course for the simpler people, Goodnight Moon and The Very Hungry Caterpillar are timeless classics as well.

The Fel Empire is the second Galactic Empire to rule the Star Wars galaxy. Lead by Emperor Roan Fel, this empire is much more free and fights against the Sith who wish to reinstate their tyrannical rule over the galaxy, as an Imperial Knight who wrote this signature, I cannot allow that to happen.

‖ NS STATS ARE NOT USED, BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE ‖

tl;dr: A mercantile city state, housed in a dimension-hopping tower that's bigger on the inside.
Ruled by a meritocratic adventurers' council (in theory) and a democratically-elected municipal body (in practice).
Fields an unending golem army and a superhuman warrior guild to make up for its small size.
Very, very unlikely to ever be rated on any sort of index, due to the vast variations in tech, magic and influence that define it as a nation.
