Eh, possibly. You did specify 18th century, so you may just not like the style of the time. You may also be a younger player.
I'm pretty high right now. Took a walk and stopped to smoke out an hour ago and ended up talking to a stranger about it, which kinda made me feel awkward and self conscious...
Both statements can be treated as the fact, or if you'd like, you can do both separately. Also, I have no idea if the subject matter is more tightly controlled when actually talking about doing it IRL (regardless of actually doing it) vs your nation's members doing it, so sorry to any mods or admins if yhis is a no-no fact and I hope you just give me a warning or something and delete he post.
