You can say that. We are based on farming, but the reason why the NS stat for agriculture is low because the agriculture stat is for some reason determined by how many cows you kill for meat, and we don't kill any. So..

Urban and developed, but it's a rose with plenty of thorns. The economy is to create wealth, not serve the people, and though wealthy life is cramped and the cities are largely focused on the wealthy homes and touristy, expensive shopping districts while people who live in the cities are forced in cramped apartments and old, shaky houses. Many wish for a simple life away from the choking inequality of the cities.
