Life in Gandoor Based on Primary Banner: Probably a rather egalitarian, inclusive, peace and happy society where even the poor have at least a decent life in the nation and crime is extremely rare.
Reason:Well, the pink on the banner seems to have connotations of equality and I don't know why but the colour scheme on the banner, as a whole, reminds of a welfare state for some reason and the blue and white seem to have connotations of peace and safety.

The peasants toil to serve the rich. The military is very prestigious. If you're rich, it's not terrible, but there is a constant risk of civil war.
