A large republic of peoples united against the Saudis. Loosely aligned to either NATO or the East depending on who's less chummy with the Saudi.

Based on my views, with a few exceptions (Unification of the Coast, Etc)
Does not use NS stats. Yes, this nation is extremely unrealistic.
Coastal Times: Syrian-Ittihadi relationships break down as Ba'athist Politician 'Bashar al-Assad' is elected. Ittihadi officials fear a 'second Saddam' on the rise... Muhammad Rahaim claims that Ittihad Sawahil will 'speed up (the) process of becoming independent from oil' after Climate Change fears rock the nation... Exxon-Mobil denied access to Ittihadi Oil Fields...

But I have to disagree with your opinion on politics...politics or the activities of governments concerning the political relations between countries is a great benefit to mankind. We quite literally cannot function without politics. I think politics when executed correctly brings people together in a serious discussion of how things are ran. Many great ideas come from people interacting which spurs us forward as a species. But it can also lead to alienating people, wars, and slavery so I see your negative outlook on it. Just don't brush it off too much because it still remains one of the most effective tools of change in the world. ;)

The setting is a horrid Frankenstein of numerous Sci-Fi Universes (predominantly 40k and Doctor Who/Faction Paradox). No, the Empire isn't British nor is it's name referencing Queen Victoria.
NS Stats are for nerds. I don't use them and neither should you (if you must, use stats as an indicator of the "average Civilized World"). With that said, according to this index, the Victoran Empire is a Tier 10, Level 8, Type 9 civilization with a Power Comparator of 3.9
Current Year: 10,023 AD
