Well... I can't understand the contents of any of AN's factbooks because they are all in Russian and I'm too lazy to use google translate on them all... So I will go with this factbook as it has a very nice design and leads to other factbooks that look quite interesting. Even when navigating around your factbooks is pretty much a guessing game, I must say that you have a very nice looking and retro design that fits your nation very well, so you did an excellent work with them all, at least visually.

just an average chinese-canadian who occasionally worldbuilds a fictional historical reality based off chinese history and canadian politics while listening to canto-pop

All of your factbooks seem to follow the same formatting style (which is totally not a bad thing, especially when the formatting just works very well) and they all also seem to be quite detailed and well-written, so I am making my decision purely on my personal tastes here. I really appreciate it when people take the time to write about the culture of their nations, most people don't really put a lot of time into describing it, even when it is probably one of the most important aspects that make nations feel real and interesting. So, naturally, I selected your factbook about culture. Like I said before, it is very well written and it is quite interesting and entertaining to read, and you also used some very nice-looking images that add a lot of value to the factbook.

This factbooks shows what many countries, myself included, don’t. Specifying and going into detail about how the Spanish influences and English influences has collided as such with the bullfighting. It’s inspiring and remarkable.

I would say it is a tie between their State Security Administration (SSA) page (https://www.nationstates.net/nation=hrs ... /id=479883), which is the most filled out and comprehenisve page they have; and their Jugoslavija - History through Maps page (https://www.nationstates.net/nation=hrs ... id=1625018), which I think is a good way to explore a countries history.
Puppet of Lilguay (Liguay's current puppets include: Isli Fogifae, Ring-o-39, and Yenoia). Sorry I've been gone since late July. I need to resurrect my nations and redo some of their lore.
