Report Of A 445th Mechanized Shock Brigade Colonel

Pre-Battle Operations - 0400 Standard Time
My name is Han Seolhwa, the Colonel of the 445th Mechanized Shock Brigade. General Gilyoung-ssi instructed the 445th Shock Brigade with the task of concentrating our strength at the Hiyop prefecture to prepare for an assault. In coordination with the 442nd and 12th Shock Brigades, the 45th Shock Division fielded six hundred armour, thousands of Juren-2 robotic infantry, and a full-strength J-10 regiment. While the enemy was able to shoot down a handful of our recon drones, Changdu-30s and C-23s kept the enemy's airforce harassed; letting experienced Baegsaeggwang-3 pilots and stratospheric UAVs accurately assess the force distribution of our enemy using the latest equipment in hyperspectral and motion-tracking imagery. It should be important to stress that the Sky Reaver's men fight in unconventional ways, as according to the intel shown their uneven (if I may, chaotic) positioning made it a necessity for our force to besiege their positions at multiple points along the front with feint attacks, while we used code words to disguise the build-up of the true offensive.

Contact Made - 0910 Standard Time
In accordance with the standard doctrine of warfare, we commenced our attack with a preliminary bombardment of the designated enemy positions at 0900 Standard Time. K99 SPGs and K30 heavy rocket launcher batteries were situated 60 clicks (60 km) away from the frontlines, shelling the dug-in positions without fear of counter-battery fire; the Sky Reaver's marauding ways did not leverage artillery as proficiently as own armed forces. What little our forces had to contend with, the self-propelled Type-83s and '86s were able to intercept with high effectiveness. Artillery had been ordered to repeat twelve times, making for twelve salvos over the period of five minutes. Nine shock regiments advanced towards the enemy position, in front of our mechanized waves were 2800 Juren-2s. Supported by mortar and S230 howitzer fire, the battle robots established contact with the Sky Reaver's defences at 0910 Standard Time and the fighting commenced. When reports of enemy robotic infantry reached us, the Electronic Countermeasure company immediately went about jamming the enemy's transmission networks. The crude machinations of the Sky Reaver's robotic infantry went haywire, going rogue and attacking all life indiscriminately, this event spurred further chaos among them.

Breakthrough Established - 0915 Standard Time
As our forces were concentrated into an all-out attack, all needs along the front were subordinated to this operation. Modified Q39 spy planes detected the mass movement of 2 divisions worth of Sky Reaver warriors en route to support their battle-brothers under attack. As we had an air-refuelled fleet of twenty-four Q7 and Q-19E strategic bombers on standby for the expected counter-offensive, air-launched hypersonic gliding vehicles and stand-off cruise missiles were launched at a number of pre-designated bridges and motorways to delay the enemy response. Five minutes after the robotic infantry assault, our combined arms offensive of armour and infantry fighting vehicles, supported by heavy attack helicopter squadrons, swept through the active combat zone. The first wave of MBTs provided direct fire support as shock troops dismounted from the Type-58s. The enemy forces retaliated to the presence of our armour with gargantuan contraptions of their own making, which proved highly resilient to infantry-carried anti-tank weapons. Local K22 MLRS suppressed the here-by designated 'high priority target', as a J-10X armed with a 1200mm direct fire gun was deployed to dispatch the threat. Following the termination of the high-priority target, the decision was made to permit the use of stand-off munitions against future resurgences of the high priority target. The Sky Reavers traded directed energy weapon fire with our own soldiers, demonstrating a slight edge into plasma technology, which, unfortunately, led to a handful of casualties being sustained. Nevertheless, the extensive use of artillery to soften enemy positions and the use of combined arms ensured that the casualty rates of our forces were kept to a minimum.

Victory is Achieved - 0938 Standard Time
Stubborn holdouts were located and bombed by Xian Fighter Bombers before a combined force of robotic and human troops were ordered to storm their positions. While doctrines mandate the acceptance of Prisoners of War under normal circumstances, each and every single techno-barbarian displayed an undying tenacity of fighting until their very last breath. From that point onwards, command stipulated that further Skyreaver holdouts were to be pacified through concentrated bombing runs. Xian fighter bombers armed with cluster bomblet nerve agents have proven effective in neutralizing the Sky Reaver's tenacity for establishing hold-outs. Combat engineers cleared LZs to act as helicopter-transported supply points, while Z26s ferried tanks and other heavy equipment from the reserve to sustain the continued offensive as mechanized waves spearheaded into Sky Reaver-occupied territory. Alas, the aim assist feature of the newly issued 'Variable Powered Scope' have been reported by frontline troops as requiring further improvements, citing a number of erroneous performance which have led to 73 confirmed casualties.

In conclusion, the Sky Reaver's eccentric manner of warfare was what ultimately led to the downfall of their techno-barbarian battle groups, primarily as their dispersed battle formations made them susceptible to being defeated in detail. Exhibiting excellent mettle that could only be matched by the soldier generation of the Third Armageddon War, it stands to reason that spirit alone cannot win your battles.

As a result, the enemy forces were thrown into a hellish magical firestorm. Confirming that the targets were eliminated, the mage nodded and ordered her squadron onto the next task.

Mock Military Exercise of Feyrisshire vs Azur Deutschland

On this day we had a mock military exercise and a war game vs the girls and Mages of Azur Deutschland in which we imagined that our countries had a war together. Of course since we had encountered another nation that could use magic at will, we realized that this fight will be very much different.

The Harpies of the 280th Aerial Grenadier Company led by Laura Contzen flew into the blue sky and they simulated a fight carrying firearms along with aircraft. We were astonished when we saw lots of dark-skinned German girls with black wings in uniform flight pattern and this simulated a war scenario. The 26th Division of the Feyris Anti-Air Seybenhann saw this as an opportunity to show off their technical proficiency in AA skills and with an Aerifyu-I AA we "shot down" some of the Harpies in the air. Some of the Harpies "fell off" and they immediately magical shielding abilities along with the aircraft, lessening the sorties lost from the combined barrage of Aerifyu-I and SPAAG fire.

It seems that some of the Seybenhann officers immediately got grump over these glamorous and ostentatious show of magic, so they convinced the members of the Feyris Seybenhann Special Operations Group, the Order of the Rose, the secret magical girls of Feyrisshire to finally have a "fight" with the Occult Squadron.

After 3 hours, the Order of the Rose of Feyrisshire magical girls arrived. The Infantry Mages demonstrated their ability to use the fire balls and lightning strikes against the Order of the Rose magical girls, which they countered using magical guns with ice and water and earth shields against the lightning strikes. After that, it devolved into a fight between a sexy elven girl, Kiana of our own from Kyarahi and a duel between her and a cute blonde German magical Mage.

Kiana and the beautiful German magical mage had an awesome fight and both showed off their awesome hand-to-hand skills. Kiana jumped off and used rays of Green aura to fight off against the German mage, who quickly dodged off the attacks. And then the two then duelled using swords. The fight was well and was cheered and intensely watched by the Feyris catgirls and German girls on the other side. But the fun was ruined when one catgirl went grump and just destroyed a German Panzerkampfer tank behind using an 9M133 Kornet.

Overall though, inviting the German military delegation from Azur Deutschland to have a military exercise with us was a beneficial experience for both sides, and we learned a lot of lessons from the experience, and they also learned a lot of lessons from this. While we might not be able to use magic much to the extent that people from Azur Deutschland do, Commander Laura Contzen only had compliments for the discipline and organization of the Feyris catgirl soldiers despite the lack of use of magic.

High Chieftess General Marina Naelriss has already called the Order of the Rose Magical Girls and the Nyunweisha Ryegiryon Shadow Warriors to deal with this Aerlanican threat. After all, the Avenger was able to defend the city of New York and the world is always saved by a bunch of teenage anime girl protagonists, nothing but a bunch of cute magical girls can do,

However, before they arrived, the 2nd Ninschiheisei Division of the Feyris Ground Seybenhann has chosen fit to blindly run towards the Aerlanican troops with obsidian weaponry and axes, knowing that the standard-issue AK-47s seem to have difficulty penetrating the armor or shielding of the Aerlanican exoskeletons. To our great disbelief, the Aerlanican infantry was overwhelmed with the horde of Feyris catgirls wielding obsidian axes!

It seems that despite their FTL spacecraft, shielding technology and powered exoskeletons and their technological prowess, the Aerlanicans has no contingency plan against "A massive horde of catgirls wielding obsidian maces and axes"."
