A low orbit observation post[/i] About last earth cycle observation post terra seems to have been discovered by some kind of high altatude bomber because the next earth cycle another aircraft armed with some kind of anti orbit missile tried to shoot down the obs post. Tried being the key word because the pd turret managed to screen it and Im not sure any of their weapons are even able to damage the post however we probably might move the obs post farther away to avoid something like this from happening because of a bosnovinian was on there they probably would move it closer to try and shoot own that aircraft. - The observation post commander of the obs post "Terra"

Their troops seem to be almost as happy as us to be in this war- that is to say, not at all. We've dug in, and aren't really going anywhere for it. Our armor, from what little I've heard outclasses theirs by a lot, but they always pull back when it shows up, right before they decimate ours with their bombers or artillery. My cousin, who is in the navy now claims that they've seen little action, mainly due to the fact that they outnumber us out there, despite the technological edge. The Air Corps, however, still rule the skies- despite losses. Thank you, Baumes for those AF-26s! As for me and my infantry company, we've been pulling off hit-and-run attacks on their army from tunnels. Our forests might not be as ideal to do this as the jungles might, but we don't have any of those. And besides, it's winter. The snow really helps us hide and lets us find them easier. I just hope that this is all over soon."

We discovered that the Confederates were well-trained and disciplined. I heard one of their officers remarked that our soldiers were "well-mounted, but poorly led." While both sides took losses in the battle, they appeared to be roughly equal in size to us in the end.
