What does AN's motto tell to me? Most of their population still are religious to some extent and believe their mythology system, and it could be also interpreted as a message on how important it is to be a good person, because the deities can see one's deeds.

What does AN's motto tell to me? Their leader (or even their people) are very paranoid of any real or perceived threats to their power, hence the country is ready to use any drastic measures to combat them.
