Granted. Your reflexes are so hyperstimualted that even a pin drop will send you backflipping across the room with the instant fight or flight response. This proves quite a challenge for job interviews or exams.

I wish time would modify itself so I always get a full nights sleep even if it would be physically impossible (i.e. fall asleep at 1am and get up at 5:00am, I still get 8 hours) in a way that I wouldn't age whilst getting these extra hours so I'd still live my normal life span.

granted! you do however, get horrible nightmares and are known as "that guy who wets his pants all the time" and are socially ostracized

Granted! Instead of Turkey, Russia stays in the League of Three emperors and the Central Powers win. Britain and France are humiliated and lose their Colonies. The US never becomes a superpower.
