I would give it a 9/10, because design wise, it's fantastic. :D Just that I'm not sure what the target things are supposed to be for.

Which older one?:D

those are celtic crosses, symbolising the Anglo-celtic ancestry and mild anglo-supremacy of the Norsefire party. Rather tasteless bunch unfortunately :/

As for yours: Well, its grown on me overtime. Its not realistic, but hey, neither is Valentine Z. 10/10 given the context.

Not my cup of tea, so to speak (not a fan of flags with a black background), but there's not anything wrong with it design-wise, so 8/10 I suppose.
Allied Republics of Nori (called Riscelnia mainly because I don't want to make a new nation) is currently a work-in-progress. All you need to know is:
- Swedes that unified in a loosely tied together series of republics in 1923.
More will be added as needed.

The dove is a nice touch. I think purple is the wrong choice for it though.

6/10.

The crest is a bit too complex for a flag. 6.5/10.

The colours are working but the symbol in the center is too detailed. Also, too mainstream. 6/10

4/10 - Hasn't got a ripple effect, needs a bigger cross, and a big circle in the middle, with one single celtic cross inside it.

Not a fan of the feudal era British Isles cross aesthetic, but it's got a decent green going for it and the symbol is pretty cool. All in all a 7/10

7.5/10 - Simple but efficient. Black/gold works well. The gradient on the crown is an unconventional, but pleasant touch. Perhaps the crown should be slightly bigger?

(My flag isn't really a flag, but you're welcome to go ahead and rate it for what it is anyways)

7/10 even with the added complexity it's still decently simple and has good contrast between colors.

I give it 5/10 for the simple fact that the only change was putting two white stars on the red bar. I suggest revising your flag to be similar but yet unique and in your own style.

I'd give an 8/10. It just looks a bit crowded and the circle around the tree doesn't quite work in my opinion.

Of course, text is a no-no on flags, so points lost for that. There's also the fact that the dragon blends with the black and then overlaps it just slightly, so it's hard to make out. All that said, I love the colour scheme- it's got potential if its flaws were cleaned up. 6.5/10
