What's the distinguishing/unique feature of AN or its User?

The depth of your world-building and the diversity of the sources it's drawn from. There's so much going on here, from a fascinating history, government, religion, and also flag which all distinguish this nation from many others. The combination of monarchy with communism and of a variety of cultures all creating something of a combined nature are unique and thoughtful. The user is distinguished by a long history of quality contribution to the community.

You're the first Aztec-influenced nation I've encountered on NS, and that's an especially unique feature. Along with that, an Aztec communist republic on the terraformed moon...that's an especially unique and astounding base. Also, the fact that you describe your main god and currency is not unheard of, but rather unique among many nations.

I do believe that next to no one goes in such a great detail describing the political system and current situation of their nation to the po8nt where the amount of information is close to excessive. I understand that this may be done to give the nation a greater amount of believability and realism but IMHO that’s really WAY too much…

Laka (the nation, not the User) is easily identified by it's hypernationalist ideals; they are nuclear-armed, want you to know it, and to also know that if you even think of touching an inch of their land or a drop of water from their streams, you'll be getting a 100-kiloton fun bundle.

It's a nearly suicidal mindset, something that even the wackiest of countries on NS don't have.

It's also well incorporated into their lore.

The terseness of the articles and matter-of-fact tone are unique considering that they do have some effort put into them.

In other words, no country on F7 has - in recent memory - been as openly dedicated to the destruction of 4000 years of human civilization as AN.

New Zoigai is clearly Afrofuturist, a theme which isn’t all too common on NS. The nation’s foundation and subsequent early history reminds me vaguely of the foundation of another African nation (I forgot which) but in any case that decision is interesting. Their factbooks do seem to be bare bones at the moment, but there’s interestingly more focus on their military than on other categories. A focus on military is admittedly a little annoying, but it’s not exactly as common as one might expect, at least not to me. I’m not quite sure whether that’s because it actually isn’t that common, or because I haven’t frequented NS in a very long time.

It’s a realistic authoritarian military junta. How rare is that? There are a few, well, interesting parts to their nation, such as their history (there’s little reasoning as to why things happened the way they happened, but that might be just a Nuloerkun and me thing) but they did at the very least fill (almost) every section of their overview without leaving eternally WIP blanks, which I appreciate. They also have an interesting but fun way of formatting their factbooks (take the “deleted” politics factbook which focuses on government-caused disappearance).

How... cohesive and long-lasting the Alastair narrative has been. I've been really enjoying it so far, and would love to see it keep going, it's one of the most compelling stories on this entire website. Also, how long they've been here without leaving, which is something that seems fairly rare considering how few recognizable faces still come here.
