The current Administrator, Nadia Elbaz, has a very different view of humanity from the former Administrator Minh Thuc Nguyen. Administrator Nguyen see human history as a linear path of progress vs stagnation, a never ending battle. In WWIII, humans have chosen the path of stagnation and it requires a very forceful 'savior' (the Technocracy) to save us. He see the billions of executions in the late 21st and early 22nd century as "not their fault they're Defective, they're a product of a Defective society. Unfortunately, it had to be done". In his eyes, we either move forward or die, and by killing billions of humans, it is an "unnecessary evil to protect mankind".

Administrator Nadia Elbaz see it differently. She doesn't see human history as one of a ying-and-yang battle between Stagnation & Progress. Instead, she see humanity as a species of contradictions, a beautiful contradiction at that. We can kill billions of people without a shed of tear, but we also desire to be loved and to be at peace. We're equally united in hatred just as we are united by love. She is actually known to watch centuries old video of humanity before the Great Calamity: Anti-War internationalists in America tossing flowers at military cars carrying troops, or Soviets being vehemently against the war in Afghanistan. She's aware there were Democrats* in the past who don't hate the poor and foreigners, Communists who aren't Luddites. She often wondered why those Democrats & Communists never took over their respective ideologies. She just summed it up as "Humans are too complex to properly explain" which is a difference to Administrator Nguyen's "There are the Stagnant, and the Progressives. Both are in eternal war of which the Progressives must kill as many Stagnants as possible".

The Administrator see humanity as much more complex than what the previous Administrator view our species as.

Quite positively, in fact he was one of the main voices convincing her to attend university in South Korea. The worst disaster in the Swarm's history is by far the Shattering or when our hivemind suddenly collapsed 2000 years ago. Even though the average student in the Technocracy find our post-war genocides atrocious, they think some of our mass killings in the 21st century have "legitimate reasons". Anyone who stands against Environmentalism, for example, are Recycled without trial, the more fit are sent to work. Many have their entire families neutered and sent to work camps continuing the Great Green Wall Initiative, building marble statues of human figures of history, restoring historical artifacts, etc. Those that are more fortunate, are at least Recycled as lab experiments dying after one experiment instead of being worked to death in the Saharan sunlight. This is because they are the reason why humanity almost went extinct, they should be punished for trying to commit genocide on all of humanity. Since Chinese culture is very family-oriented, they punished entire households to discourage others from being another Ben Shapiro or Hillary Clinton. In fact, the entire Bush, Clinton, May, Merkel, and Trump families were wiped out. Relatives to Jack Ma and Jeff Bezos are almost entirely extinct save for a few pro-Technocrats.

Another thing students, polled, view as reasonable is the the Recycling of Luddites. These are mostly used in lab experiments as an insult to their eventual, painful deaths. Through these mass killings, however, cures for diseases were found. Most STDs are curable, cancer is history, and genetic engineering improved to the point of wiping out diseases and defects with ease. The only thing students strongly disagree with is the Han Supremacy of the 21st and 22nd century. Since modern Terrans don't see any differences between their species other than aesthetics, the idea of someone being superior to another simply for being born inside a border is "Defective Thinking" to 26th century Terrans. They do, however, believe humanity is much better off under the Technocracy than in a hypothetical UN Victory, who would likely kill off humanity before the end of the 21st, or during the 22nd centuries.
