There are no political parties in Amenria. Instead, they are replaced by nobles from all across Asia, with each family representing a set of ideologies. Despite the differences between them, however, they keep in mind that they have the same goal, which is making sure the people prosper. This is why there is no such thing as political opposition here.

The wind here never stops. It is usually tropical storm force or more. Lower than that is considered unusually calm. No one has ever witnessed the wind not blowing.

Nikita Romanic was the former Chairman of the Council of Democrats from 1953 until his political retirement in 1963. He was considered by Voslavic Laxim as one of the purest revolutionary thinkers of the post-Amundsven figures and true friend not only to him, but to the working class of the world. In 1954, he would address the 20th Congress of the C.D. by officially denouncing Laxim and his "cult of personality" along with many of the policies that occured under the Laxim era.

Brits might find the idea of too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter to be similar to their situation.

Sergeant Major of the Army, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, Sergeant Major of the Air Force and Sergeant Major of the Gendarmerie are appointments to non-commissioned officers of rank Command Sergeant Major or Master Chief Petty Officer, and are limited to one per branch. They wear their usual CSM and MCPO insignia, but are differentiated by a gold and silver aiguillette with a gold and silver tassel.
Sergeant Major of the Royal Atlantean Armed Forces is a similar appointment that requires a similar rank. The holder also wears the usual rank insignia, but is differentiated by a silver aiguillette with a silver tassel.
Right now, there is a bill that will give the appointees of the above ranks their own rank insignias (namely, for Sergeants Major, the regular Sergeant Major insignia, but with a trident on top, for the Master Chief Petty Officer, the usual insignia with a trident on top, and for the Sergeant Major of the Royal Atlantean Armed Forces, a similar rank to the Sergeants Major, but the trident has a wreath surrounding it) but it has yet to be passed.

It’s not often I see nations with a fully thought out Army rank system on here, that’s pretty cool.

The Millennium as we know it today began with a coup d’etat in Japan, when Otto swayed the army to his side and had the PM arrested, declaring the beginning of the new Silver Millennium.
