That's politics.

Royal Atlantean Navy sailors wear sailor caps with tallies bearing the words "Telmarmata Kraiton Atlantia", which, in English, means, "Royal Atlantean Navy". Royal Atlantean Gendarmerie Coast Guard sailors wear dixie cup hats.
Uses certain NS stats.

Atlantis is an MT nation that is the third richest country in the world, behind only China and the United States. It is closer to the USA, UK, Italy and Spain (in that order, though Italy and Spain is probably tied) culturally than it is Greece. It is also a naval power.

And no, Atlantis is not underwater: It has a land area around the size of France.

Pros: Classical liberalism, democracy, the West, Brexit, Viktor Orban, free education, strong military
Cons: Authoritarianism, fascism, communism, multiculturalism, Islamism

You can also make elk-shaped sugar cookies ANYWHERE! Aside from that, cool.

Executions are public and are mostly done by hanging. At Hakuzens' Square, there is a permanent elevated gallows located inside a small, unmarked 3-storey building on its Northern side. There is a covered cantilever on the third floor in which the gallows proper are located, attached to the ceiling. There is a viewing mall on the second floor meant for high-ranking officials and prison specialists to witness the final moments of the condemned when they are released. These officials watch through one-way glass windows. Often times, these executions are televised, albeit for the news. They take place at 7 am without fail each Saturday.

Damn. Public executions are mostly, if not all banned in the world. Weird and shocking it still happens in your country. I don’t like the thought of public executions, as the public would see unsightly scenes of what’s happening. Unless they really do.

Because Space travel is so often here, many citizens like to fly in their ‘flying cars’ and go to other space cities for recreation. Do note I say ‘use cars’ instead of ‘using teleportation.’ This is because citizens like to experience the past, and sometimes is a more preferred way of transportation than teleportation despite it’s sometimes need for manual operation and slower arrival times.

And some citizens sometimes like to go just above a planet’s atmosphere (just about space) and just re-enter the planet. It’s a satisfying passion in the nation, and is sometimes called ‘air and space surfing.’

Since Zoroastrianism has become more prevalent in Escocaria, particularly Iran, the region of Iran has been split into two regional governments, Northern and Southern Iran with the Southern government being the region with the highest concentration of Zoroastrians and being much more Pro-Zoroastrianism in general. This split occurred in order to prevent possible religious conflicts from occurring. There is also a petition to change the regions names to Iran and Persia instead of Northern and Southern Iran.

If it keeps your nation together and doesn't persecute people for their religious beliefs, who am I to criticise?

There are two types of constitutional amendments in Milintia - the Council amendment, which affects the Council as a legislature but not the Lower and Higher Councils, and does not otherwise affect the Constitution, simply requires a 4/5ths vote in a joint session of both Councils to become law. Anything that affects the Lower and Higher Councils, or otherwise affects the Constitution, must go through a far more arduous process detailed here.

Understandable. I’m sure it can be quite confusing however.

When it comes to Her Majesty’s taste in art and literature, She’s quite European. She hired Polish, German and Meusean (French) artists and architects to redecorate her home in the 1800s. She particularly enjoys the Polish style of some places of the estate, and has commissioned numerous artworks with Polish painters. She is greatly disappointed she didn’t get to travel to Europe in the renaissance to commission or have a painting of herself or something else by Leonardo Da Vinci.

Such a nice taste in art.

WARNING: Fact contains Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS spoilers.

Two days after Yu-Gi-Oh! VRAINS Episode 034 aired, in which a character named Aoi Zaizen, AKA "Blue Angel", "dies", an Atlantean World War II veteran pilot named Kristian Tagar, who also went by the moniker "Blue Angel", died naturally at age 108. Though his death was reported, the coincidence did not make it into news (yet), but it was reported on the blog of his grandson, Nigel Tagar, who was a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan since childhood. He encouraged that in homage of his grandfather, memes of Aoi Zaizen (as Blue Angel) and his grandfather, the latter of which he provided a photo of, be made. The point of the meme is the coincidence.

The reaction will act as interesting fact too, I suppose.

In The Confederal Alliance, the Armed Forces (The Peacekeepers, The Unitary and the Interplanetary Navy, the Coalition of Militias) do not swear by the State or the council of Ambassadors, but instead they swear to uphold Liberty and Security of the People of Pilarcraft instead.
So, if the Council of Ambassadors ends up doing something fucked up, like say, ban guns or a sexuality, they might actually refuse to do any service go on a strike) until it's fixed.

Seems like a logical system.

Yascho Jairo has a scar on his chest. It’s from a knife wound suffered in an assassination attempt. Yascho made a full recovery from the incident and even nicknamed his scar “Trophy of God’s Grace,” but still has the occasional nightmare about what happened. He tells the story at parties and political events if you ask, though. In grand detail. Yascho likes to tell stories.

The Royal Atlantean Naval Academy have reinstated star navigation in their curriculum, which was dropped a few years after World War 2. This was done to prepare for cyber attacks against ships' navigation systems.

There's a problem there.

Milintian Federal Guard units are kept separate from State Military units - states are able to operate their own militaries, navies and air forces, and are mostly free to use them as they see fit within the constraints of Milintian Federal Law and the Constitution. In theory, they are able to deploy forces in a conflict in which Milintia is involved as an independent nation and force that is allied to Milintian Federal Guard authority, instead of an actual branch of the Milintian Armed Forces.

That’s odd but it makes sense for an American-styled nation.

Typically, Versilians consider themselves East Asian like the Han Chinese or Yamato Japanese despite the fact the proto-Versilians came from SE. Europe below the Danube and travelled to East Asia through what would later become the Silk Road.

Proto-Versilians interbred with the Ancient Chinese, Jurchens and others, so they are at least partially East Asian.

Huh. Interesting.

Blueshirt Society is an organization in China, who had an important role in helping to take down Japanese Empire. At beginning, it was nothing more than a bunch of militia men, who wore blue uniforms. However, after hardening themselves in the battle against Japanese troops, they eventually became a worth fighting force, who served well along regular troops. When they got more funding in the 50s, their numbers grew, and currently are a very popular organization.

It doesn't deal with warfare only- it also teaches martial arts, Confucianism, patriotism, and weapon usage. Some of Blueshirt Society members are teachers as well, and Blueshirt Society has its own schools.

Blueshirt uniform is mostly light blue, and only exception is helmet (Which has a dark blue ROC emblem), and brown boots. Blueshirts usually use a gun with a bayonet.

Despite their name, Blueshirt Society members have no connection to Blueshirts in Upper America. In fact, they are more similar to Tōhōkai (Society of the East)- an organization popular mostly between Japanese people, and other Asian organizations.

Reminds me of the Red Guards of the PRC or the IRGC of Iran.

Atlantis is developing a plan to, as smoothly and safely (economically and socially) as possible, change its prison system to that of Norway's, or at least adopt majority of its tenets.
