This little sucker through automatic fabrication is able to turn the armament of a single soldier into a bottomless missile battery unleashing a barrage of guided munitions. Through their on-board sensors, AI, and some satellite help, the missiles will cruise, loiter, and coordinate like viscous little Kamikaze drones. All of this able to be fielded by a single infantryman.

Their weapons of mass destruction in general are scary in their own. Antimatter bombs? Blackhole weaponry? Dimension Bombs?

Nothing in particular, but not exactly in a bad way. It's sort of like how one sees the United States Armed Forces from a real life perspective. There are no big singular superweapons but rather over a million personnel, thousands of fighters, hundreds of bombers, advanced missile systems, and the largest carrier fleet in the world, all of these things working in tandem to support eachother. The Tilminese Armed Forces seems to have a similar distribution of strength in both equipment and manpower, showing no particular weak spots.

On another note, putting combat ships aside the Synnian support craft are considerably well rounded, and as to be expected ridiculously large, however, I have to question if they are large enough, in general, modern navies are supposed to be comprised mostly of support craft, outnumbering the actual combat counterparts for actual campaigns.

E-devices are disturbing; they can impact almost anything in existence, with little to no way to defend against them. I feel as though sufficiently advanced AI can fight it off, but they’d be extremely difficult to deal with.

I would say the sheer scale of their technology; as they can harness things like dark matter and hard light. Making their weapons quite deadly to those who aren't up to their tech level, which has a certain psychological effect upon some. Nevertheless; you do not want to face these guys unless you are sure you have the tech to back it up.

Hm...well there are certainly many things that peak my interest, but in terms of what I'd consider to be The scariest? I'm not entirely sure what I'd pick. Despite this, I feel as though their Heavy Defense Stations would be rather terrifying to come across, and their Mk VII Super Spinal Cannons would be something that you would not want to have used against you on the battlefield.

I just have to question the point of the silver bullet. The point of bullets is that they cause enemies to utilize resources to heal their allies, and no one is going to waste time healing a blob of flesh even if the person was technically "alive" because the bullet would be more merciful."
