strange things like hair and raw beans mulched into a chunky yakkum dribbled and feel from his furry chin. Charlie tried to hold back the the urge to vomit but to no avail. The gush of the contents of yesterday's dinner intermingled with the repulsive mulch and fur to transform the cat into a sorry looking snoopy. How? who cared, it was friends reunited after all these hours. They hugged, ignoring the wretched stuff that adorned the dog.

Shortly after the meal about 3 of the diners were slumped on the table, they had obviously had a little too much of something. After their meal the surviving diners moved into the billiards room where brandy, coffee and mints were being served.

The cue dug into the baize and carved a channel to the ball which proceeded to find safety in the pocket. That was enough for the wand to be called upon to turn the Captain into a Football mascot. Potter laughed as the sea dog had been transformed into.....

the mascot of the Portland Sea dogs! Wow. What a transformation! The local Mainers never batted an eye and mumbled there was a Pet Cemetery nearby where all the old mascots were also buried. It was getting dark, but we decided to go there. We asked a drab gas station attendant for directions. He said...
