Born in a time of crisis in Europe , the Kaliningrad Oblast of the Russian Federation had just seceded from the Russian Federation forming the East Prussian Republic. Under pressure from the EU an other Countries around the World the Russians accepted the independence of their former Oblast and officially recognized the new nation via the Helsinki Convention in which Poland returned the eastern portion of the territory it had been granted after ww2 to the New East Prussia. From its Induction into the international community the three Baltic States had welcomed their newest neighbor who had become the ‘4th or New Baltic State’ . Later when the Baltics unified the EPR became the EPSS The first Socialist state in the DRM.
