Hm... I'll give this one to Astoria! I do like the Sullivanian flag as well, but I think the light-blue stripes on slightly-darker-blue looks a little off and brings the flag down. Astoria's flag is, as always, crisp, clean, and striking.

I will have to go with Imperium Latine, though I will admit, it does look a tad busy.

Psychii's flag is unique in the sense that the castle icon blends in with one of the colors, but it could be a little nicer.

Both are nice, but I believe Drongonia's to be the better flag.
