Amazed that following the disappearance of Belgium’s delegate Paq and news of an impending invasion, which often signaled the doom of many powerless regions like Belgium, Riemstagrad quickly fortified the region and mobilized its native citizenry. They would elevate West-flanders to the Delegacy to retain the operationality of Belgium's defenses and initiate the drafting of a constitution in a astonishingly quick and effective response against raider forces, leaving Belgium safe and sound under Riemstagrad’s impressive foresight and leadership in a situation that had claimed so many other defenseless regions,

Awestruck at Riemstagrad’s work in securing Belgium following this first attack, developing its citizenry to counter raider forces by founding Belgium’s army, whose soldiers stood vigilant when few others were watching to ensure the safety of their homes and others. They would also galvanize activity in the region to ward off appearances of idleness that often attracted raids by creating its regional forums for further residential engagement and forming closer ties to their linguistic neighbors of Nederland, resulting in the creation of the Belgium-Nederlands confederation that served as one of the first regional cultural alliances and open the door to stronger relationships with the defender sphere,

Astounded by Riemstagrad’s continuous defense of Belgium through innumerable attacks over two decades as its ubiquitous Vice Delegate, repelling or outlasting each one without fail. Remembering Ghant's extensive efforts to promote peace and resolve strife abroad, protecting the lives and dignity of countless against conflicts consuming their nations; by

hosting mediation talks to alleviate the tensions of an ongoing civil war in Ashab, with negotiations having been concluded to great effect in resolving conflict;
assisting the military of Havensky in evacuating civilians from Hab Centre 06 in Gholgoth during a brutal invasion by The Kraven Corporation, reducing wartime casualties of innocents; and
hosting the "Ismos Peace Prize", an annual award honouring the individuals and groups most effective at promoting peace, thereby inspiring and creating a standard for politicians, activists, and many others;

Impressed, too, by Ghant's commitment to protecting the sovereignty of Heilanor after the Ghantish Emperor Nathan married Lara, sister to Heilanorian Empress Selena, in a conspiracy to seize the throne over Heilanor and Zathalon more generally, an event which fomented widespread chaos and rebellion throughout Panessos. The brave leaders of Ghant, knowing that they needed to do what was right, sent warships to Heilanor to confront the nation's own Emperor directly, encouraging him to reconsider his actions while helping to return Zathalon to its state prior to the conflict;

Praising Ghant's further efforts to promote peace and cooperation during a large-scale war between countless major powers fomented by conflict between The Golden Throne (also known as The Macabees) and The Scandinvans; such efforts including

working directly to suppress pirate activity against the Golden Throne, thereby protecting Macabean vessels' safety in international and national waters, as well as facilitating the Macabean efforts against the slave-trading Scandinvan Empire; and

Condemn Giovanniland

Recognizing Giovanniland as a relative newcomer to the multiverse, having since August of 2019 made a name for itself as a dedicated bureaucrat of the West Pacific (TWP), experienced Security Council author, connoisseur of international artwork, and as a mild-mannered nation with a friendly and pleasant demeanor;

Realizing that while Giovanniland has accomplished many good deeds, this reputation is in reality a meticulous facade, existing to shield them from criticism and obfuscate the genuine danger they pose to the communities and regions they reside in;

Disgusted that Giovanniland quickly ascended within TWP, cementing their position as Guardian and Minister without Portfolio in July and November of 2020 respectively, and utilizing this newfound authority began to terrorize the region’s residents through their uniquely intense passion for the forceful ejection of natives — ejecting 3700 natives across 6 days in the 2021 Purgelympics alone, plummeting the region’s population to its lowest point in the last decade, while large-scale 'purgelympics' of this nature were not uncommon in TWP, the fervor with which Giovanniland behaved was distinctly sadistic;

Aghast that these actions ultimately did nothing to impede Giovanniland’s success, made obvious by their rise to the Delegacy of TWP in early 2022, a position they held covetously for over 400 days - though this term is generally well-regarded for Giovanniland’s positive foreign affairs and cultural contributions, it also served as a cover for their malevolence, as they continued to expel another 2300 nations in the 2022 Purgelympics while sitting delegate;

Horrified that these actions are merely a glimpse into the malign soul which drives Giovanniland, as surely their most dastardly deeds lie in the global artwork market, where they have caused unspeakable havoc and distortion with remarkable disregard — as one of the most ubiquitous perpetrators of self-interested inflation of the prices of often worthless artwork, Giovanniland routinely catapults the value of cheap artwork to exorbitant prices with the explicit purpose of lining their own pockets, displacing collectors who put resources into acquiring naturally high value artwork:

Appalled that Giovanniland has exploited these inflationary practices to establish themselves as the second richest collector in the world, with their gallery’s value rising to a combined worth of one million in August 2021, despite existing anti-laundering systems which should have made this strategy impractical;

Revolted at Giovanniland’s sinister warping of the Card Gardens into a twisted cult of personality with them at the head - forced into mass producing propaganda through the Gardener’s Gazette newsletter, and prohibiting members from interfering with their sinister market perversions;

Alarmed by Giovanniland’s corruption of the Cardlympics, a tournament requiring nations use specially founded satellite states to create collections, wherein they operated in cahoots with Noahs Second Country to abuse the anti-laundering system and provide their satellites with illicit funds, before sweeping the competition and swindling the organizers out of a total 18 legendary pieces of artwork;

Distressed to find that while Giovanniland was the first ever nation to have assembled a collection of a full edition’s artwork from a feeder (exemplified by both their complete TWP S1 and S2 collections), they went on to artificially inflate many of the pieces of artwork provided to them for those collections, abusing the good faith they had been granted as a regional collector to increase their capacity for exploitation of the global economy;

Dismayed that despite a brief economic slumber throughout most of 2022, Giovanniland stunned the multiverse again as they violently awoke and produced never before seen pandemonium, mass-inflating much of their artwork and skyrocketing their collection’s worth to an extraordinary peak of 26 million, so high it was more than twice the capacity of World Census processing at the time, and over 8 times as high as previous record holder Mikeswill;

Frustrated that, though this reign of terror was ended within a day by a radical and conveniently timed change in the calculation of artwork value, Giovanniland continued their abusive practices by boosting the price of common and uncommon artwork they owned hundreds of copies of, once again securing a place in the top 3 collectors through dishonest means;

Mystified as to why Giovanniland is still viewed with such admiration, being widely considered as the most popular artwork collector in the world and friendly former TWP official, despite their disturbing dedication to pure greed and enthusiasm for terror, even amongst their own regionmates;

Demanding that the NationStates community remove their lavender tinted lenses, and acknowledge Giovanniland as the monster they are;

Hereby condemns Giovanniland.

This left its community of ragtag outcasts and exiles to form the fabled Rejected Realms Army (RRA) to protect the region and eventually elevate Kandarin to the Delegacy, creating a semblance of stability in their 7-year long reign,

Recognizing that though Kandarin’s tenure steadied the battle-scarred land for a time, allowing it to slowly grow into a quiet and informal community, it also stifled the fires of democracy and growth in TRR. However, after TRR helped found the Alliance Defense Network (ADN), the RRA would go on to nurture the spirit of democratic ideals as an institution independent of Kandarin’s government by playing an important role in ensuring the ADN’s operational focus of defending against undemocratic forces was not muddled by the internal politics of its multivarious membership and being a crucial segment of its military, allowing it to effectively combat countless invasions, resist coups, and flourish as the leading defender alliance of its age,

Understanding that following Kandarin’s passing of the Delegacy at the end of their protracted rule to an outsider, Naivetry, external influences would quickly flood and attempt to control the region only to find themselves accepted by the community, who would rise against more vulturous actors in a long and contentious reformation to finally realize the region’s cultivated ideals of individuality and democracy. Horrified that despite their humble beginnings and interest in serving their community, Bhang Bhang Duc was exiled from The West Pacific in June 2006 by Wickedly evil people, condemned by this very council for abuse against the nations of the West. Ultimately this exile proved to be short-lived, and Bhang Bhang Duc was eventually permitted to return to their home,

Regretting that Bhang Bhang Duc declined to learn from this experience, and instead chose to take the path of revenge and oppression. For many years their leaders went on to torment the innocent nations of the West, their return thus beginning their long and tyrannical influence in the region,

Dismayed that Bhang Bhang Duc’s nefarious and vengeful efforts soon began to bear fruit when they were appointed to be a “Guardian of the West” for the first time in 2007 during the rule of Tao the watcher. As a Guardian, Bhang Bhang Duc was charged with being an enforcer of the Western regime, a role they would fill for well over a decade,

Gasping at the realization that Bhang Bhang Duc remains a Guardian of the West to this day, having inhabited the position near-constantly since 2007 with only intermittent breaks from office. Throughout the last fifteen or so years, Bhang Bhang Duc has overseen the ejections of thousands of nations without mercy – so many over so long that to precisely quantify them would be nigh-impossible,

Reminding the global community that while Bhang Bhang Duc’s purge inclinations may not be as rapid and concentrated as other oligarchs in the West’s dictatorship, their consistent and sustained efforts to terrorize their own constituents have amassed to such a high level over the years that they have earned a reputation as a uniquely brutal Western disciplinarian,

The ejection of their own predecessor and successor, All Good People of Westwind, a nation later commended by this body. Participation in “marsupial madness”, where Bhang Bhang Duc appeared to align with stronger morality and began standing up for the less-involved and common nations of the West Pacific, though this was merely a nefarious ploy to further betray other members of the West,
Taking advantage of the chaos brought by marsupial madness to eject TAO the Watcher from the West Pacific. TAO (commended by this council) had served as a longtime servant to the West and was the WA Delegate which initially elevated Bhang Bhang Duc years prior, intensifying the betrayal despite its later reversal,

Relieved that marsupial madness resulted in the end of Bhang Bhang Duc’s delegacy and the return of All Good People to the seat, but dismayed at their continued evasion of long-term consequences and soon thereafter return to being a Guardian of the West,

Disgusted that Bhang Bhang Duc’s crusade of injustice has infected other aspects of the Western autocracy beyond border control, the nation having served as the Minister of World Assembly Affairs. In this role, Bhang Bhang Duc served as a dutiful propagandist for the Western regime’s agenda in the World Assembly, notably the Security Council,

Repulsed by Bhang Bhang Duc's prominence within the Security Council, where for years they have maintained a bellicose commitment to their own standards of quality, and become the bane of all unheeding aspirants in so doing,

They grew to play a key part in developing the infrastructure within which its citizens have thrived since its very beginnings, becoming a formative member of its culture and heritage, spearheading the usage of many of TNP’s most popular symbols and traditions, and helping to preserve its history through the passage of time, while serving as a diplomatic voice between conflicting factions and navigating TNP through the aftermath of many crises,

Now certainly amazed by Eras’ efforts in resisting the coups of Great Bight and Pixiedance nearly two decades ago, in which they played a major role in preserving the democratically-elected government, running incredibly effective unendorsement campaigns that would destabilize the tyrants’ support and allow for liberators to unseat them in efforts like the Puppetmaster attack. Through these conflicts, Eras acted as one of the loudest voices for democracy and sovereignty as a member of the North Pacific Underground, penning articles recounting the events of each coup and pushing fellow TNPers to fight against despotism,

Commend Sunset

Description: In these halls lie homages to the greatest and brightest to grace the multiverse — and in its long existence, few have matched the scale or grandeur of Sunset.

Sunset is a shining beacon of civilization, stretching across its home galaxy and bringing with it a culture of goodwill, innovation, and egalitarianism. A testament to the tenacious and curious, Sunset has uplifted dozens of sentient species and united innumerable worlds within its Republic, continuing to voyage past the horizon and unto the next in a story that has continued to wonder and inspire through the decades.

Sunrise

In its earliest days, Sunset was established on a curious red world called Mars. Its people, the Nimatojin, learned to survive in the canyon walls of the harsh, cold planet. When they eventually returned to the surface, Sunset would find that they were not alone.

Upon meeting the strange extraterrestrial race of the ArAreBee, the Nimatojin began to reach for the sky. Utilizing new technology, they would terraform the surface of Mars, its iconic red surface growing green, and soar to the stars, creating the first faster-than-light drive based on ArAreBee inventions.

Not all that they laid eyes on glittered. Voyaging further into their solar system, Sunset would meet the Triumvirate of Yut, a coalition of nations on the rings of nearby planet Saturn that would join Sunset in their galactic adventure. But their ships would arrive on the tides of war, as the forces of Melkor Unchained (Melkor) began their assault on Mars, bringing strife and destruction to a blossoming and naive civilization.

Morning

And so began the Ardan Wars, a battle for Sunset’s home system of Sol against Melkor. The threat of destruction drove Sunset to advance their sights at a pace greater than ever; and when the ground houses only ruin, where else is left but the stars?

Now began the roots of Sunset’s interstellar age. Its scientists developed the Aurora Transit Network, a technological marvel that linked worlds far and wide together, joining what would become Sunset’s galactic civilization. This stunning empire would base itself around the Ares System, intended as a sanctuary should the unthinkable happen and Melkor’s evil forces reign.

Here, the Nimatojin would transform worlds into utopias — bringing their knowledge, culture, and vision to their new homes. Everywhere from the beautiful fields of planet Anuke to the idyllic beaches of planet Chuh-Yu, the Nimatojin would build great cities, terraform continents, and eventually built a Dyson swarm within the system, making each new world a refuge for all borne not off the back of coercion of labor but innovation and cooperation.

Mid-Day

Though intended as a last resort for the Nimatojin, the Ares System would become a home with the fall of Melkor in the “Break”. Their old enemy faded from the pages of history, the Nimatojin now pointed their compasses to worlds beyond, directing the ships of the Sunset Exploration Command (SEC) to the edges of the galaxy.

In its manifold journeys, the SEC would encounter untold numbers of species and alien civilizations both mysterious and sinister. From the Druth’Haari, a mystifying crystalline infestation with origins as old as — or older than — the universe, to the Krang, a race of menacing parasites that existed at the outskirts of the galaxy, once searching to conquer it and enslave its inhabitants, the Nimatojin have slowly uncovered the secrets of the galaxy they call home, carrying with them an adventurer’s spirit, cunning and curious in every confrontation.

As their odysseys continue, the egalitarian and liberal attitudes of Sunset have drawn in new immigrants and with them, their ideas, hopes, and dreams. The definition of “Nimatojin” expands with each species discovered, as each is offered the chance to join the republic and contribute to its shining cities, vast knowledge, and beautiful society.

Afternoon

Sunset now provides for untold billions of Nimatojin, ensuring opportunity for many and protecting its citizens from hardship where it can. It has developed digital sentients and integrated them into society in ways and depth unparalleled, built massive superstructures to house homeless species and generate energy for its sprawling worlds, and created the Eien, a holographic universe accessible by an ExoCortex, which has essentially introduced immortality to Sunset and allowed Nimatojin to truly capture the essence of who they truly are: those who dare, who are inquisitive, who are ambitious, kind and free.

And so the story of Sunset goes on. As the Nimatojin voyage across the galaxy, they never fail to display benevolence and compassion, stepping in to examine threats or protect the vulnerable with their trademark curiosity. Their diverse, unmatched, and countless journeys continue to impress this council, living up to its mission of spreading peace and goodwill.

As such, the Security Council hereby Commends Sunset.

Condemn Dream Killers

A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.

Description: The Security Council,

Recognizing Dream Killers as a destructive force that has plagued the international community since the foundation of its predecessor state in 2008, serving as an influential leader of several infamous invader organizations throughout history;

Concerned that upon their entrance to the international scene, Dream Killers turned to one of the most notorious imperialist regions in existence, The New Inquisition, where they studied the tactics of invading, thus sowing the seeds of their future infamous deeds;

Alarmed by the fact that Dream Killers, driven by a desire to destroy, turned away from their former home in The New Inquisition to join the newly founded invader region Unknown. Within Unknown, they swiftly proved their dedication to destruction, rising to the rank of Field Marshal, serving as Director of Regional Intelligence and attaining the title of Crown Prince. Dream Killers played a major role in keeping Unknown active and functioning, indirectly enabling the invasion and destruction of dozens of regions, in addition to organizing and leading invasions directly. Among their foul deeds during this time are:

The occupation of South America, an invasion organized by Dream Killers in coordination with the New Inquisition and the Dominion. The raid was significant at the time, with the invaders purging the region of the defender nations that remained to protect it, and was used as a point of propaganda by the invading parties to motivate future raids.
The invasion of New Sorvun, a member region of the Founderless Regions Alliance, on the 5th of August 2009 where a coalition of raider regions led by Unknown went against standard practices of the time by invading the foundered region which was enabled by the inactivity of the founder nation. Dream Killers organized and led the operation, and was responsible for the mass ejections of natives from their homeland that followed, and
The infiltration of Eagle Clan, a joint operation between Unknown and The Black Hawks which resulted in the invasion of the region. Dream Killers, along with a number of operatives from both Unknown and The Black Hawks infiltrated the region before razing it to the ground.

Following their attainment of international infamy with Unknown, Dream Killers vanished for several years, but they were to return in a darker, more evil form.

Shocked by the return of Dream Killers to the international stage in 2015, joining the ranks of Lone Wolves United. Serving as Khalif and Director of the Department of Established External Relations, Dream Killers was tasked with spreading invader propaganda and glorifying the destructive actions of Lone Wolves United on the international stage, as well as collaborating with other regions of ill repute such as The Black Hawks, HYDRA Command, and Unknown, working to coordinate mutual military support to enhance the destructiveness of invasions and decrease the likelihood of innocent regions being freed from invader occupation;

Aghast at Dream Killers’ leading role in various invasions, including as regional officer during the invasions of Korovia and Coalition of Sovereign Nations and assisting in organizing the invasion of City Ankh Morpork, a raid which broke the native delegate’s reign of 1541 days and disrupted a quiet and peaceful community solely for the purpose of celebrating Lone Wolves United’s tenth anniversary;

Horrified by Dream Killers’ appointment to the position of Il-Khan, effectively leading the region alongside Elysium Station II, upon which Lone Wolves United took a more vicious turn, prioritizing the destruction of innocent regions and mass ejections of native nations. Dream Killers would continue building upon their previous work by overseeing the invasion of Jahkku, where 87 native and defender nations would be ejected before the withdrawal of invader forces, and helped organize and served as regional officer in the invasion of Bus Stop which led to the closure of 161 embassies and would only be saved from complete destruction by the return of the founder nation;

Appalled by Dream Killers’ long history of creating and maintaining invader infrastructure, enabling the vile organizations they served under to continue their reigns of terror. Dream Killers’ dedication and activity behind the scenes greatly contributed to the activity and stability of their regions, allowing for their fellow invaders to occupy and destroy. Dream Killers’ work was often done in the shadows, working tirelessly to counter attempts by defenders to hinder the destructive actions of Lone Wolves United and Unknown;

Asserting that throughout their long history leading and assisting invaders Dream Killers has committed heinous acts motivated by their hatred towards peace and desire to sow chaos that should be condemned by this body;

Praising New Leganes’s structural reforms to the University of The East Pacific (UTEP), bringing infrastructure, channels for discussion, a publication system for essayist works, and formalized agora debates to the crumbling foundations of UTEP in order to fundamentally change UTEP from a limited learning institution to a marketplace of ideas focused on collaborative discussion and publication, in the pursuit of true academia, which would go on to inspire a similar institution in The Free Nations Region, built with the advice and assistance of representatives from New Leganes,

Understanding that these structural reforms breathed new life into UTEP, successfully reviving UTEP as a prominent establishment within TEP, stimulating activity within the region through the paving of new avenues for critical thinking and community discussion, and creating jobs within UTEP that would make it one of the largest institutions in TEP over a period of only a few months, a title UTEP would continue to hold for over a year,

Admiring their dedication and consistently high standard of work in recruiting and mentoring new nations in TEP, before, during, and after the April 2020 phenomenon in which the rate of newly founded nations was the highest in recorded history, wherein New Leganes engaged and integrated every new addition to the region who would go on to become a major political figure within TEP, their background in regional politics and the documentation of events and history serving as a guiding light for many new foundlings, including, most prominently, Eastern Alksearia, Nociav, Pledonia, and Sokala,

Extolling the musical prowess of the people of New Leganes, the only nation on the East Pacifican world of Urth to have won the Urthvision Song Festival (UVSF) more than once, in fact earning three victories, after which they went on to host Urthvision VIII, Urthvision XIV, and Urthvision XVIII, which, respectively, hosted 18, 38, and 41 nations, each edition setting records for participation which would only ever be broken by New Leganes again, snowballing into becoming the highest participated event in Urth history,

Appreciating the ingenuity of New Leganes as a UVSF host, introducing new forms of presentation to the UVSF by providing hours of recorded video including introductions by the host, performance footage for each of the 41 nations, countryside drone film between performances, detailed graphics of flying kiwis in participants’ national colors, and expressive commentary on each artist and song,

Description: Recognising that, for the past months, the region Varathron ran under the auspices of the infamous Gholgoth has been the location of an intense and escalating conflict between two of the worst powers in this multiverse;

Remembering the origins of one belligerent in this conflict, Fortress Automailia, as an independent state with a burgeoning democracy subjected to the evil of The Kraven Corporation, which brutally invaded the nation and converted into a mere fortress to allow The Kraven Corporation to spread its evil within Varathron;

Recalling too the origins of Dietsland as a partial colony of Automagfreek before it was seized by the State of Ordena in the aftermath of a Drakonian Imperium-led peacekeeping mission in Dietsland, placing the people of Dietsland under the rule of yet another evil power;

Noting that an clash of the evil of these two nations would inevitably occur when "Operation COLOSSUS" commenced, an invasion upon Dietsland performed by Fortress Automailia yet masterminded by The Kraven Corporation from Fortress Norska to place the citizens of Dietsland under the rule of yet another malevolent superpower, after Fortress Automailia invaded other nations around its viscinity such as the Cronus Islands;

Perturbed by the sheer brutality of Automailia in commencing the war in what can only be termed aggression, deploying warheads not only upon Dietslander military targets, but also upon civilian assets including power stations, manufacturing centres and waste treatment facilities;

Realising that even so, Automailian forces are far from the only parties responsible for atrocities, shown by events as

the use of biological weapons by Langong to attack Automailian forces, a reckless action which represented an unnecessary escalation of an already delicate situation and endangered countless civilians while destroying the entire marine ecosystem around Cronus Prime;
the summary execution of Ordenite military personnel suspected of mutiny without any sort of trial; and
Ordenite forces additionally rigging civilian bridges over the Mayireni River with explosives in an almost comical attempt to maintain their tyranny over Dietsland;

Fearful that not only is this war grossly dangerous on the lives and dignity of countless civilians in Varathron, but also merely a brewing apocalypse given the sheer quantity of corrupt superpowers simultaneously warring each other;

Seeking to clarify its stance in such dangerous times for peace and human rights, and affirming that this body will continue to stand strong in the face of war and strife;

The World Assembly declares as follows:

The ongoing conflict in Varathron initiated by Fortress Automailia invading states including Dietsland is a concerning matter which poses an immense danger to civilian life and to nations around the multiverse; but especially near the sphere of influence of Gholgoth and Varathron. Not only is it directly causing immense casualties to those near the area of the war; but if the invasion of Dietsland is successful, it will provide yet another powerbase and resource mine to The Kraven Corporation, allowing it to spread its evil even further.
Said conflict is a war of aggression. To that end, we as free member nations demand that Fortress Automailia halt any ongoing invasion of states in Varathron. Every nation should withhold all assistance to Fortress Automailia in these invasions. Further, all claims by Fortress Automailia of territory gained during this conflict are unrecognised by the World Assembly.
In addition, the World Assembly in the strongest possible terms censures all attacks on civilian life and property by all forces in the war. The World Assembly thus demands that all such attacks be immediately ceased. To prevent further escalation of conflict, no nation should engage in military action against Fortress Automailia or The Kraven Corporation to retaliate against its attacks, except strictly to recover those territories or resources seized by Fortress Automailia during this war, should Fortress Automailia refuse to return these territories and resources.
All parties currently involved in said conflict are strongly urged to hold diplomatic negotiations so as to halt any related conflicts and prevent armed conflict relating to this matter from resuming. Concerned nations are encouraged to cooperate with parties to the conflict in order to host or otherwise facilitate such negotiations.
Concerned parties can also assist in mitigating the war by rendering humanitarian or military self-defense aid to nations subject to invasion by Fortress Automailia, along the lines of similar action by Kylarnatia to safeguard nations in Varathron.

Applauding South Pacific for enduring as long as it has without a Founder, now Governor, and simultaneously welcoming new nations into their society and cultivating a thriving democratic culture rooted in their founderless history, despite the associated risks,

Disheartened that this has naturally made South Pacific a target for bad-actors, with countless invasions occurring over the years. Notably, one in 2020 which devastated the region due to rarer tactics employed by invaders,

Aware that South Pacific was thus previously Liberated by necessity in 2017 by Security Council Resolution 218, but understanding that the Liberation is no longer sufficient to guarantee the long-term safety of the region and its people,

Previously enthused that due to recent shifts in power, South Pacific has finally seen an opportunity to consolidate safe control over itself, only to be taken advantage of by invading forces as part of an annual celebration of brutality and barbarism,

They would then revive the “columns'' system as a two-term Minister of Communications, providing a clear structure that serves as the basis for the modern approach of the notoriously energetic Europeian Broadcasting Corporation (EBC),

Exuberant at Pichto’s return to Europeia in late 2018, restoring their reputation in their old home of Radio and bringing it to new heights with two and a half terms as Minister. They established the modern standards for Radio during their stellar terms with an astonishing three or more shows a week, featuring constant interviews that would bring the voice of the region to life, providing extensive coverage of election seasons which serve as the root for Europeia’s vibrant and competitive democracy, and branching out with casual shows and numerous foreign collaborations. Condemn Allanea

Description: Recognising that Allanea, while ostensibly a free, rich and even magical utopia, is a capitalist dystopia which – even in the pursuit of otherwise-noble goals such as antislavery – has gone down a path of evil and death, perhaps under the delusion that the international community will accept such actions with the excuse that ends justify the means;

Acknowledging Allanea's vast potential to be a positive contributor to the world, shown by the assistance it has provided to nations around the world in building their military forces through a range of informational guides, such as on modern infantry, guerrilla warfare and military logistics;

Further noting its creation of the Amistad Declaration on Slavery and the Rights of Man, a document opposing the evil of slavery signed by dozens of nations including Lamoni, Holy Marsh, Anagonia and Yohannes, creating a medium for signatories to facilitate the military and diplomatic efforts of each other against slavery;

Believing, however, that these contributions disguise the evil Allanea – whose military routinely collects skulls and even skin of the enemy dead as wartime trophies – has engaged in through many war crimes and atrocities on the field of combat, many under the thin veneer of antislavery; including

its relentless war against Emporer pudu, which escalated to not only the nuclear bombing of the nation and deliberate flooding of underground cities, but also the explicit designation of Pudite civilian schools, hospitals and churches as military targets, with one Pudite schoolhouse being destroyed by Allanean forces and converted into a military base; and
committing genocide and pillaging in Egyptiansstan, along with forces from Blackhelm Confederacy, with Allanean forces live-flaying Egyptiansstani civilians in retaliation for rocket attacks against Confederate military bases, before collaborating with the Confederacy to persecute and commit genocide against the Muslim population of Egyptiansstan;

Highlighting that the nation has served as the long-time President of CAPINTERN, an international alliance based in Greater Prussia dedicated to the destruction of communism around the world, with the alliance forcing its member nations to impoverish themselves by granting billions of dollars annually to the alliance, while prohibiting common-sense trade restrictions to prevent native businesses from being damaged by foreign trade;

Concerned, too, that Allanea has demonstrated its disregard for civil rights – despite its countless atrocities ostensibly to oppose slavery – by helping other nations indoctrinate their citizens in exchange for money, offering "Military-Patriotic Education" to children as young as 12 to indoctrinate them on behalf of other nations such as Holy Marsh and Urmanian;

Shocked by the further revelation of the hypocrisy of Allanea through the sale of military resources and other goods by the conglomerate Allanean Defense Exports to some of the vilest powers in the multiverse, including the very same military force of Imbrinium which would convert Malgrave into a desolate wasteland by attacking it with biological weapons; and The Grand World Order, a fascist dystopia hellbent on world domination;

Adamant that the pure capitalistic greed of Allanea and its private business is well-evidenced by the Nivensky-Ringworld Foundation, a corporation whose vilest acts include

obtaining quadrillions of dollars – a quantity so high that it would have caused massive economic damage if spent in the Allanean economy – through an elaborate scheme wherein participating nations were promised a "Ringworld" to be built collaboratively, but then forced to give their entire homeworlds to the corporation as payment, all while the Foundation intentionally overrepresented its role in the construction of this Ringworld; and
its leaders not only using the fraudulently-obtained money to purchase entire planets for themselves, but also to engage in imperialism and chaosmaking by purchasing for the corporation, inter alia, multiple entire solar systems, a superweapon capable of annihilating star systems, and thousands of prisoners from Techno-soviet who would be forced into an Allanean military deployment in a space colony;

The story of Northrop-Grumman is one of unparalleled persistence and tenacity in the face of adversity. The legends and endeavors of its people have carved an enduring mark into the faces of their home planets and the halls of history.

Originally a corporate entity founded in the city of Hawthorne in the United States, Northrop-Grumman would go on to declare independence from its home nation in 2003, and eventually sought to branch out into the final frontier. Their ships would journey to neighboring worlds — the red planet of Mars, populated by Grummians living in the shining towers and blue waters of cityship Valacirca, and the sunburnt planet of Mercury, home of the research colony-turned hardy home of New Sonne.

Northrop-Grumman eventually took to the stars, their fledgling interstellar empire spanning a few host worlds and several species. The Grummians have since welcomed refugees of disasters from several nations, most notably several species of elves, many of whom now run the nation as detailed in the astonishingly precise and exhaustive records of the O’Neill family.

Article 2: A Tale for the Ages

Within the archives of Northrop-Grumman are the stories of the O’Neill family, which includes incredibly detailed relationships and interpersonal conflicts between the O’Neills and those around them as they face the growing challenges of leadership and adversity at the head of numerous misadventures and tragedies. These unbelievably nuanced records are organized into a few simplified dossiers below.

Jack O’Neill is the former chairman of Northrop-Grumman, having led it through countless conflicts and endeavors in the Grummian space age. He would come to serve as an empathetic and determined leader, and married the elf now known as Siri O’Neill. The couple adopted the drow elf Alakantar O’Neill, and Jack would peacefully pass away at the old age of 109, his death mourned and respectfully recognized across the galaxy as the melancholy passing of a titan in his own right.

Siri O’Neill is the serving chairwoman of Northrop-Grumman, an elf that has suffered immense tragedy throughout her life at the hands of her family’s enemies. Siri carved herself into a battleworn warrior and obdurate leader across the centuries, relentlessly pursuing and hunting down her enemies. However, as she steps into the chairwoman role, she has learned that she can not have everything her way — and in the face of certain hardships, retribution is not a worthwhile or possible option. From the passing of her beloved husband to her relationship with her own estranged son and his fiancee, Siri O’Neill has learned to balance her ice-cold efficacy with understanding and grace, quietly but assuredly molding herself into a leader of our time.

Alakantar O’Neill is the governor of Northrop-Grumman’s Martian colony, a compassionate yet conflicted young drow elf. He has grown into his position as a leader, but his place as one of the last of his species and the adopted son of Siri O’Neill among other things has left him with no shortage of challenges and tragedies — he has faced off against, dueled, and slain the heir to the Roanian throne, Calavyr, and most recently endured the loss of his beloved fiancee Arielle in a terrorist attack on Valacirca that dismembered Alakantar himself, the aftermath of which saw the incredible mobilization of a search and rescue effort from friends and rivals alike. Even as he falls every time, Alakantar’s ability to overcome incredible pain and continued growth despite this serves as a beacon of hope to all who struggle.

These excerpts offer but a glimpse into the stories of a cast that have worked to create a nation of repute. In a heart wrenching and moving tale of the country’s most well-known individuals, Northrop-Grumman’s stories serve as an ode to the beauty and complexity of the sentient spirit, faltering yet growing still with each step they take into the pits of hell.

Article 3: The Lists Go On

Northrop-Grumman has worked to establish and maintain comprehensive lists of national capitals and leaders in their trademark love for labyrinthine, herculean efforts. These lists cover hundreds upon hundreds of nations, maintained regularly and tirelessly for nearly a decade and a half. Naturally, such dedication has inspired other works, including a similar compilation of national sports, and has served both as a mainstay resource across galaxies as well as a monument to what we can build if we try.

Recalling that along with Chingis’ return to the field of battle after their forced hiatus came their unabated lust for the wholesale wipeout of regions, working with Kyorgia to found the formerly Condemned region Canterlot in 2017, whose bullying towards small and growing regions under a disgusting guise of innocence and naivety were largely led by Chingis. At the same time, their engineers would begin to tinker with many dreadful innovations — the first being “Kimchi”, a targeting tool which facilitated the mass-invasion of regions and provided a taste of what was soon to come from the depths of Chingisian ingenuity,

Thunderstruck by the creation of Lily in 2018, founded by Chingis and their Canterlotian comrade Liliarchy, whose arrival to the plains of war would mark the beginnings of a new era for warfare.This was due in no small part to Chingis’ developed technology and raw skill, which pushed the tactical boundaries of combat to new heights and forced incredible operative improvement within defenderdom. Seeking to bring to the attention of the world and denigrate nations that show a disregard for any and all morals and human rights, hurting their own citizens with the reprehensible, and knowing no nation that so viciously exemplifies this more than Cashdeer,

Astounded by the fact that Cashdeer has soared into the lead as the nation with the most unconventional longevity strategy – where citizens exit the stage of life at a mere 14 years old. Yet, a ghastly truth unfurls: this soaring death rate finds an unsettling ally in Cashdeer's notorious distinction as the global epicenter of crime. The nation's canvas has eerily darkened, rendering it a dystopian playground where miscreants revel unchecked, reducing the citizenry to cowering shadows within whatever shelter may offer respite from the relentless storm of brutality. This is most definitely fueled by the utter failure of Cashdeer to keep violent weapons out of the hands of criminals, leading to the nation being the one with the most deadly weapons anywhere in the multiverse, with over three hundred such weapons per person.

Revolted at the Cashdeerian government’s reprehensible stance on the fleeting nature of life at an early age, leaving children to fare for themselves in the wilderness or on the streets, which teaches them to be brutal and violent in order to survive. These children, lacking physical and emotional care during their upbringing, becoming the criminals and miscreants that rain havoc down upon the nations, and are far more likely to abuse substances as is so common in the nation.

Shocked by Cashdeer's dubious distinction as the realm of the most corpulent populace, with its citizenry universally entangled in a web of health woes and inching their lives toward agonizing ends amidst the glaring absence of adequate healthcare. This epidemic may be due to the veritable deluge of sweetened beverages ("sodas") flooding the nation's borders, ruining livers irreversibly.

This disconcerting pattern of poor health continues with the alarming degree of recreational drug use in Cashdeer, a damning testament to a society ensnared by addiction and substance dependency. The landscape of Cashdeer is fraught with shattered lives, a testament to the government's resounding failure to stem the tide of dangerous substances or salvage those ensnared in their destructive grasp.

Disturbed by Cashdeer’s leader, CEO Moneybags, and by its faith, Worship of Money, which implies that money and obtaining it is the driving force of the government instead of helping the citizens, and that Cashdeer's very existence seems woven with the threads of callous calculation that riches are the ultimate goal and trump the preservation of life and health. This suggests that the dire health crisis is not an unfortunate oversight, but a deliberate design to fatten the coffers of a government that revels in the misfortune of its people.

Disgusted at Cashdeer’s wearing of the ignominious crown as the world's most charmless nation, positioned atop cautionary lists that implore travelers to steer clear of its inhospitable embrace. Within this somber canvas, a distressing revelation emerges: Cashdeer's dismal standing as the second most rude nation. This glaring lack of civility casts a stark shadow, perpetuating an atmosphere that repels even the most intrepid seekers of experience.

The many awful things that are done and even celebrated in Cashdeer come to light with the revelation of their barbaric practice of human sacrifice, an awful business which takes away the life of a sentient being, and one which is almost certainly practiced by the Cashdeerian government itself, enforcing the Worship of Money and taking the organs from the human sacrifices in order to create exports and generate profit.

Peeking behind the curtain in horror at Gynostan and Cutote, nations subject to the same administration that rules Cashdeer. Gynostan’s rabid hatred of men leads to a nation which oppresses half of the population, forcing them to work in an effectively slave-like manner for one of the largest militaries in the world, which is done in the name of their belief in Goddess Worship, an absolute one.

Appalled at the sheer corruption present in Cutote, which is ruled by the oligarchy that relies on bribes and favors to run the country, at the expense of the Cutotian citizens, whose poor have very little of the countries wealth in one of the largest gaps between the haves and have-nots in the world.

Believing that such deplorable actions by the government of Cashdeer, leaving a society of neglected criminals, with incredible health issues and a misuse of substances and money alike being common and even expected, marking a society which can’t cohesively function and is falling apart at the seams, which is perpetuated for profits by the corrupt government, deserve no place at the world table and should be denigrated by the World Assembly,

Hereby Condemns Cashdeer.

Commend SherpDaWerp

A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.

Description: To begin our story, we must first introduce to the wider world SherpDaWerp (Sherp), a society of individuals who have proven themselves to be, in any reasonable estimation, a nation and people who utilize their expertise in the atypical and mastery of the recherché to assist the myriad nations of the world.

First among SherpDaWerp’s deeds is their acknowledgment of The Voice of ARB in SC #410. The ideobots, once powered on by the rulers of the Voice of ARB, were not themselves problem solvers, but solution finders–explicitly identifying the results of countless choices made by their benevolent rulers rather than identifying conundrums that might lead to said results. The ideobots powered by the Voice of ARB inspired countless leaders to pursue divergent solutions to the crises facing their nations so that they may not only differentiate themselves but pursue their own paths in statecraft–a value prized by SherpDaWerp.

One plight that has imperiled all nations is that of dementia — and while Sherp’s scientists have not yet found a cure for the disease, they conferenced furiously to treat it in "A Day to Remember". The mental health and medical professionals of Sherp proposed a litany of solutions in caring for people with dementia — working to combat the apathetic with appropriately thoughtful solutions that considered patients’ perspectives and cultural solutions.

“Retirees have lives too!”, or so said the government of Sherp! To keep seniors active and engaged with the rest of society in their golden years, the social workers of SherpDaWerp proposed the solution of "Introducing Altengarten" — a program that enables seniors to share some of the wisdom they have gleaned from their times and pass it down to youth — to all nations.

What comes after a potentially quite abrupt retirement was also an issue that harangued Sherp, as Sherp’s politicians often found that "A Seat Quite Vacant Is A Seat Distressed". Solutions identified by the constitutional scholars of SherpDaWerp ranged from interim appointments to by-elections to even allowing runners-up to take advantage of their predecessors’ timely demise.

Computer scientists in Sherp also asked a question that tickled the minds of the aforementioned legal scholars — "How To Train Your AI?" In identifying this difficulty, SherpDaWerpian scholars had to deal with the issue of free speech and with the issues inherent in the internet–a good tool that is rife for abuse. In solving the problem, Sherp’s computer scientists valiantly proposed that nations in the multiverse reconsider how they program that most beneficial of tools.

A group of decidedly much more old-fashioned individuals in SherpDaWerp also identified another issue — that of honor. Feeling resigned, and perhaps enthralled by the idea of a battle won and honor defended, duelists battled it out in the "Duel of the Fates". As there is no greater value to a duelist than that of honor, or so some would contend, at controversy was whether in the thrust and parry of a duel a defeated opponent should be granted mercy or be consigned to death.

No expert can solve everything alone, and though Sherp's own have worked to address a great many more dilemmas that consternate nations across the cosmos, perhaps their greatest help has been in assisting other helpers. Time and time again, Sherp has tirelessly brought new perspective and aid to those who seek to solve problems themselves, acting as a collaborative mentor and friend to those curious about the plights in our stars.

Not content to simply identify issues that plague national leaders and propose solutions to them, the art dealers of SherpDaWerp created a now core piece of the technological infrastructure mysteriously called "NS Transfer Cleanup" that art dealers throughout the universe take advantage of to more readily obtain the works that they and their galleries’ patrons desire, which assists in the transferring of funds en masse from a curator’s subsidiaries via mass-collected artwork,

And not to be left out, SherpDaWerpian historians have also made a key contribution to the field of public history in the multiverse. They created a publicly accessible repository of all known problem identifiers and solution-seekers in the universe, ranking them in quantitative order of the problems they have identified. This crucial work will enable future citizens of the universe to identify who posed the vexatious quandaries of their time just as current citizens are able to.

It is clear that SherpDaWerp has been a nation at the forefront of pioneering ingenious solutions to unique problems, bringing their distinctive flair to the resolution of controversies facing both the few and the many. As such, the Security Council:

Repeal "Injunct Magna Aurea"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Description: Security Council Resolution #469 “Injunct Magna Aurea” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Evoking the weeks of turmoil cast on the young region of Magna Aurea in the wake of a massive incursion by invaders, leaving liberators and natives alike to struggle against the grip of despotism that sought to choke the life out of their home,

Recalling that, in response, a resolution to Injunct Magna Aurea was passed in recent weeks to thwart the efforts of invading forces in seizing the Governorship of the region, which would have guaranteed the permanent displacement of its community,

Recognizing that the occupation of Magna Aurea continued for seventeen straight days, the region kept on a lifeline by a continuous torrent of sieges against the occupying forces, during which time the natives were subjected to a variety of abhorrent and immature behavior, as well as disingenuous and secretive peace offers from the egoists that sought to destroy their community,

Impressed that despite the terrible circumstances wrought upon their home, many native members of Magna Aurea, led by Ovenerium, refused to waver in their struggle to liberate their home despite overwhelming odds. Ovenerium continued to coordinate the defense of the region despite being forced into exile even as some of their own leaders chose to forsake their region and its ideals, instead choosing to back what they thought might reward them more, acting in short-sighted self-interest,

Thankful that sieges to free the region continued for weeks on end, ensuring that Magna Aurea could not be permanently barricaded or destroyed prior to the passage of Security Council Resolution #468, Liberate Magna Aurea,

Elated that once conventional siege tactics were put on hold, the liberating forces gathered to organize a liberation veiled in secrecy which successfully seized the Delegacy of Magna Aurea once raiders attempted to refound the region with the intention of irreversibly damaging the region, preventing its destruction and allowing them to return control to what remained of the native population,

Pleased that with the success of this operation, Magna Aurea’s native flag proudly flies high above the parapets of their home once more, with its community finally free to begin the process of rebuilding their region back to its former state,

Supporting defender efforts in the aftermath of this invasion to stabilize the region in coordination with native leadership, including in allowing the region to appoint a Governor of its remaining community’s choosing, necessitating this repeal of the Injunction,

Maintaining that the spirit of the original Injunction — the hope that Magna Aurea may recover from this invasion as a stable and blossoming community — continues to guide the hand of this Council necessitating its repeal,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #469, Injunct Magna Aurea.
