Description: Security Council Resolution #398 “Liberate Confederacy of Layem” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Acknowledging that the intent of Security Council Resolution #398 (SCR #398) was to strike down the fortifications placed upon Confederacy of Layem in order for judgement of the region to be directed by the international community.

Understanding that the purpose of SCR #398 has been carried out through an occupation of the region by over 109 nations under the banner of Antifa, demonstrating the will of the international community against the region.

Asserting that permanent security measures to prevent the reestablishment of the old regime within Confederacy of Layem cannot be implemented unless SCR #398 is repealed.

Further maintaining that a repeal of SCR #398 does not in any way disprove the claims it has made about the necessity for the pacification of this region.

Noting that the Founder has been vapourised by an act of a deity, preventing their return to the region and ensuring the permanent pacification of the region for as long the multiverse exists.

Believing that SCR #398 has fulfilled its goal of removing barriers of entry into Confederacy of Layem and must now be repealed in order for the full destruction of the region to be complete.

Repeal "Commend Topid"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Description:Security Council Resolution #98 “Commend Topid” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Conceding that Topid was involved in the early Security Council, and many of their contributions were impressive,

Arguing, however, that SC#98 greatly exaggerates the ultimate meaningfulness of Topid’s involvement, especially given that much of their career in the Security Council was plagued with damaging mistakes,

Noting that immediately following the foundation of the Security Council, Topid — using a vassal state named TannerFrankland which Topid would later describe as “the most hated [nation] in SC history”— passed the infamous resolution “Condemn NAZI EUROPE”, which led to over a year of angry debate, several attempts by prominent nations to repeal, and a strong push for an outright proscription of resolutions condemning ideologies,

Citing that after this debacle, Topid, under another puppet state known as Daynor, created yet another messy fight in the form of “Condemn Grub”, naively and wrongfully accusing the 10000 Islands founder of “harassing” and “embarrassing” the natives of the raider region Empire of Power, in a proposal widely-disliked by Security Council members,

Recognizing that Topid attempted to distance themselves from their early work by abandoning TannerFrankland, deprioritizing Daynor, and creating Topid,

Concerned, however, that Topid would again misstep in their early accusations against the General Assembly, which Topid would later describe as misguided and caused by naiveté,

Certain that Topid’s Repeal “Commend 10000 Islands” — written under the nation Topid — was unconvincing and, due to political tactlessness, caused a much larger fight between Topid and 10000 Islands than necessary,

Noting that Topid has written two open letters to members of the Security Council apologizing for much of their early work in the Security Council,

Granting that while Topid did indeed found The Security Council, as mentioned in SC#98, nations such as Sedgistan and A Mean Old Man were the primary contributors to drafting. Topid was a nation with far less experience or clout, and was largely mentored by other nations in the region,

Believing that the campaigns of Topid and others against Security Council by-laws early on in the assembly’s gestation were premature. These nations claimed that these by-laws would shut out commendations and condemnations for nations which involve themselves in inter-regional war, but the reverse came to pass, with these nations receiving disproportionate attention,

Disappointed that the World Factbook Entry of The Security Council states that the existence of these by-laws ensured that the Security Council collapsed and could not have a real community, a claim that is not only insulting, but incorrect, as the Security Council has successfully maintained a community of dedicated nations for over a decade,

Unsure of SC#98’s claim that the most major campaigner against these by-laws, the Third-Walled Bloc, was single-handedly maintaining Security Council activity, and that after its collapse, Topid revived the Security Council with the passage of “Condemn Unknown”. While “Condemn Unknown” may have signified an acceptance of existing Security Council by-laws, SC#98 does not say this, instead making suspect claims about activity, though the frequency of resolutions passed did not change significantly before and after “Condemn Unknown”,

Unconvinced that “Condemn Unknown” was, as SC#98 implies, an example of Topid’s supposed pioneering, as the opinion promoted by “Condemn Unknown” — that the destruction of regional communication systems is condemnable — has never become a widespread or standardized belief in the Security Council,

Unimpressed by many of Topid’s other resolutions, which were of a lower quality than those by other pioneers, containing far less concrete evidence than other resolutions, and typically being far vaguer,

Concluding that much of Topid’s history in the Security Council was tainted by repeated mistakes, and that their valid contributions were sparser and of lesser quality than other early members, like Sedgistan, A Mean Old Man, and Naivetry, none of which have received commendation for their Security Council work alone,

Hereby repeals SC#98 “Commend Topid”.

Lamenting the scarcity of particular artworks in which the author nation regrettably no longer exists, thereby limiting the quantities of their designs to exceedingly remarkable historic preservations or via national legislation sporadically uncovering previously unaccounted for copies;

Such severe deterioration in the reliability of gallery valuations to a point where rankings have reached meaningless levels, with galleries of respected provenance and prestige being relegated beneath those composed entirely out of artwork of lesser esteem collected via a far lower effort of curation, in addition to individual artwork valuation rankings suffering to an even greater degree as such rankings merely indicate how extensive this exploitation has become,
The egregious monopolisation of scarce artwork by miserly speculators which only increases the damage of market aberrations to the detriment of collectors and collections through selfish practices such as hoarding of otherwise common quality artwork and the expense of such collections soaring from the inflated perceived value held by said speculators, and
The disappointing proliferation of such practices having led to a distressing level of antagonism in market exchanges and in international forums resulting in escalating tension and straining relations on the world stage;

Confirming that such despicable inflationary practices that take place in the international market are deleterious to national and international interests in regard to economic security and the furtherance of culturally important national galleries, and serve no acceptable role within the international rules-based order;

As opposed to most military organizations who typically focus on slow and meticulous invasions, Lily places speed and quantity above all other metrics, defacing unfathomable numbers of regions within a single day or night (at a pace so quick that only the most elite warriors can hope to keep up) with the combined ability of its members in a regional effort to deconstruct the innocent regions it sets its eyes on,

Owing Lily’s frightening ability to far outshine the target region count and speed of other raider organizations to its development of technology, which assists in their malevolence and maximizes the net loss of regional sovereignty on a global scale; some such technologies include:

A weapon known simply as “Koru”, which allows Lily raiders to regroup, redeploy, and repeat quicker than any other army it faces;
The Artificial Intelligence “Buzzy Bee”, which navigates their armies through the multiverse at unmatched speed, providing direction steadier than that of any mortal mind;
The program “Vogel”, which allows for easy organization of hundreds or even thousands of nations and assists in the rapid vandalism of victim regions;

Noting that the clear technological superiority of Lily created a technology arms race in military warfare, to where the numbers and military records in the past 5 years greatly exceed those prior to the formation of Lily in 2017,

Terrified by the records broken by this new approach to raiding, with Lily causing an unprecedented number of casualties throughout its ferocious campaign against order. This record-breaking destruction is especially apparent in the campaign Operation Supernova, which resulted in 15 assailants engulfing 407 regions over the course of a single night and bested the previous record by 119 - setting a new standard for raiders to strive for and surpass,

International Maxtopia Day

Description: Article I: A Brief History of Maxtopia

Maxtopia is an ancient nation with a rich culture, having been one of the first nations ever to be founded, such that the precise date of founding is not yet known, though historians indicate that this was around November 2002. As depicted through its hieroglyphs, Maxtopia was ruled by famous monarchs such as King Maxbari IV, rumoured to have been the instigator of several conflicts against North Bigtopia, creating a deep-running divide that lasts to this day.

Maxtopia was the very first nation to pass international legislation in this body’s predecessor, via HR#1 “Fight the Axis of Evil”. The resolution helped to rid the international community of evil and belligerent nations by (somewhat ironically) encouraging war to be waged against them. Despite being eventually repealed, the resolution was the foundation for all of the subsequent resolutions in that body to build on.

Following the above, Maxtopia soon became dormant. As the days, months and eventually years went by, pleas for Maxtopia to return and deliver the international community from evil fell on deaf ears. That is, until Maxtopia finally returned one day to the international stage, motioning for the dissolution of the body-that-shall-not-be-named and thus creating the World Assembly through GA#1 “The World Assembly”. This act certainly prevented the entire world from being summarily annihilated. Having once again made a monumental contribution to the international community, Maxtopia disappeared once more, returning to isolation where it remains to this day.

Article II: Fun Facts About Maxtopia

Maxtopia is ruled by a staunch (and brave) secular government, and are consistently clashing with Violetist extremists in bloody civil wars. Their efforts to dispose of these religious terrorists should be highly lauded, even if the policy of constant martial law may be a little excessive. It is rumoured that one of the other civil wars was caused by the coup d’etat of the government by magical ponies.

Maxtopia’s military might is nothing to be snuffed at. Maxtopia military services have been vital to fighting off coups in allied nations (for a price), and they have also made advancements in the field of military technology by researching supernatural tactics. Like-minded militaristic nations looking to expand their firepower can emulate the glorious armed forces of Maxtopia.

Maxtopia is a nation known for providing enormous amounts of oil and electricity to a multitude of nations, which help to power electronics for gaming and keep people warm. While the outbreak of civil wars sometimes cause disruptions and blackouts within other nations, we shall not take this vital service for granted. Maxtopia is also known to make cheap goods and farm seafood for all, ensuring that denizens worldwide can have access to jumbo shrimp and undergarments.

In addition to the already rich culture consisting of mummified monarchs, Maxtopia is famous for its artistic accomplishments, with many famed artists and art collectors hailing from there. In addition to traditional art, Maxtopians have also dabbled in modern art, such as by creating and disseminating hilarious memes depicting national leaders in funny poses. These cultural contributions have certainly enriched many museums and online humour pages.

No nation is perfect, and thus we shall also mention the darker parts of Maxtopia, including its liberal use of the death penalty, which is contrary to the World Assembly’s position on it (established through resolutions such as “Death Penalty Ban”). Despite some rejoicing from it being used on annoying teenage pop sensations and alleged drug traffickers, Maxtopia’s use of it (especially by boiling counterfeiters to death during the Medieval times) has been widely condemned by members of the international community. Regardless, we iterate that this shall not detract from everything else Maxtopia has done, and that Maxtopia is still one of the greatest nations to ever exist.

Article III: Establishment of the International Maxtopia Day

The venerable nation of Maxtopia has long contributed to the very multiverse we stand in today. Despite currently being dormant, Maxtopia’s legacy is nothing short of impressive and should be officially recognised by the World Assembly. Thus, this document hereby declares the 13th of November to be the International Maxtopia Day. It should be celebrated annually, and nations regardless of World Assembly membership are warmly encouraged to partake in lavish celebrations with copious amounts of jumbo shrimp. The organisation of games which compare World Census statistics with other nations are also encouraged in honour of this amazing nation.

Believing that Security Council resolutions such as Condemnations and Commendations are used to highlight either the bad deeds or good deeds of nations, and act as a historical record passed into law by the international community of World Assembly nations;

Arguing that there is a nation in existence that the international community of World Assembly nations should condemn for its actions and that this nation, known as A Bloodred Moon, is truly despicable and heinous in its deeds throughout the multiverse;

Acknowledging the fact that the people of A Bloodred Moon had their beginnings within the nation of Armaros, which resides in the region of Unknown, and that within the region of Unknown they learned both military and governance tactics which allowed them to succeed and lead in other regions of ill-repute;

Noting that the main region of ill-repute A Bloodred Moon has chosen to lead has been the one known as Lone Wolves United, a region that has been condemned by this council once before, and that their leadership has resulted in the resurrection of this said region from virtual inactivity beyond the capability of any other leader within this region before them;

Listing A Bloodred Moon's accomplishments within Lone Wolves United to be many, including the following:

Reviving the region from a state of inactivity that lasted from May 2018 to the point when they were appointed as Khan of the region, increasing the population from a dismal 25 nations to over 350 nations at this time while having a peak of over 500 nations in March 2022.
Growing the raider military composition of Lone Wolves United from 5 to 6 active nations to somewhere between 40 and 50 nations within the last three year period, an explosive increase that has led to the revival of one of NationStates' most destructive raider forces ever seen.
Creating a forum for regional national leaders to come together to discuss destructive attacks upon innocent regions, as well as to create a filing system for the regional records that were previously held in another place that was destroyed by the will of the gods.

Distraught over the amount of chaos and destruction that A Bloodred Moon has wrought throughout the multiverse, either by their national forces participating in attacking innocent regions or by their willingness to order the overall military forces of Lone Wolves United to participate in these activities, such as the attacks on:

The Embassy, a region which was locked away with a password only known to a select few national leaders. This raid was conducted using a spy within the regional ranks in order to learn the password, which led to an attack that resulted in over 3,500 embassies with other regions being closed. The largest embassy closure from a raid ever accomplished.
ASEAN Region on February 1st 2020, where over 90 raider nations came together to attack a region of around 30 nations. In this raid around 25 native nations were ejected from the region, making it extremely vulnerable to becoming refounded. The region never recovered from this attack and now sits inactive.
Asia on April 19th 2020, where over 80 nations from various raider regions came together to occupy the region. The occupation lasted for 8 days, culminating in the removal of a handful of the lesser influenced native nations within the region.
A Liberal Haven in early January of 2022, where the government of A Bloodred Moon organized and recruited other raider nations to pile upon the raider delegate nation within the region. This invasion saw over 200 invading nations and 9 organizations involved, ultimately leading to a few native nations being ejected from the region after it was passworded on the suggestion of A Bloodred Moon's colony nation. This nation acted as a Regional Officer throughout the entire occupation and its hand in the occupation led to the Security Council passing a Liberation in order to free the region from oppressing forces.

Aghast at the fact that A Bloodred Moon has been more than willing to attack regions inhabited by the extremely powerful nations of the multiverse, ranging from the region of Q102 which is inhabited by Pythagosaurus to the region of The Cuckoos Egg which is inhabited by Salusasecondus.

Recognising Elysium Station II, as well as its predecessors and satellite states, as a malevolent force that has served under the banners of several prolific raider organisations, causing instability and strife in numerous regions throughout their long history;

Observing that Elysium Station II's ancestral homeland, Elysium Station, came to join the condemned invader region Lone Wolves United in 2012, beginning their path to infamy;

Disturbed that the leadership of Elysium Station II, more commonly referred to as Green, steadily rose through the ranks of the invader organisations they became a part of, often playing a leading or pivotal role in the invasions and occupations carried out by the organisations they served;

Dismayed that Green, having risen to the rank of Khalif of Lone Wolves United, came to lead or play an important role in the invasions and occupations of Nova Historiae, City Ankh Morpork, Socialist Union of Authoritarian States and Korovia. In all of these operations, Green's ruthless efficiency with the border control powers granted to them played a decisive role in preventing defender forces from stabilising the regions and bringing them back under native control;

Shocked at the revelation that Green was furthermore appointed Il-Khan of Lone Wolves United in September 2016, effectively granting them co-governance of the region's day-to-day affairs; during their tenure as Il-Khan, invasions led by Lone Wolves United became more destructive, turning the armaments previously used to combat defender forces against regions' native occupants;

Horrified at the fates of Mahtomedi and No Region, two regions which were destroyed by invading forces overseen in part by Green. Green took an active role in the destructions as regional officer, weaponising their border control powers against defender forces and native nations alike; No Region was turned into a trophy despite attempts to save it, while Mahtomedi was barely spared a similar fate;

Understanding that, through its satellite nation Xesperias, Green came to join HYDRA Command during that region's peak in 2016. During its time in HYDRA Command, Xesperias would come to rise to the rank of General, assisting in several notable occupations and invasions as regional officer, including during HYDRA Command's destruction of The Place That Has No Big Banks, which was liberated by the Security Council in a last effort to prevent its ultimate destruction, which proved futile;

Appalled that, not content to sow chaos and destruction through their role in invading and destroying regions, Green would take part in two separate efforts to destabilise the Feeder and Sinker regions in the pursuit of their own malicious interests:

In 2017, Green came to Lazarus during a time of turmoil in that region. Following the outbreak of hostilities between the opposing sides, Green aided in the overthrow of the government at the time, monitoring the activity of the regional guardians, as well as timing the ejections necessary to gain control over the region, which would lead to the establishment of the Khanate of Lazarus, an openly raider-aligned regime.
Two years later, during the attempted overthrow of the East Pacific’s rightful government by Fedele and their associates, Green would play a similar role to assist the attempted coup, providing support for the attempted seizure of power behind the scenes by advising the rogue regional officers on the timing of their ejections. This effort was thankfully thwarted soon after by the rightful government and its allies;

Aghast that, following its destructive tenure as Il-Khan, Green was finally made Khan of Lone Wolves United in 2018, gaining ultimate authority in the region. During its tenure as Khan, Green oversaw the training and integration of new raiders, and awoke the invader region from a state of dormancy that it appeared to be reaching;

Alarmed that Green reappeared in 2022, playing a substantial role in the invasion and occupation of A Liberal Haven through their role in recruiting support and their efforts as a regional officer to repel liberations. Once more, Green's swift and effective use of their border control powers enabled the invading forces to maintain their grip on the region, culminating in the ejection of one of A Liberal Haven's oldest native inhabitants from their beloved region. The raid, in large part due to the efforts of Green, would peak at a previously unprecedented 208 endorsements, and would go on to serve as a rallying cry to motivate invader forces all across the multiverse;

Believing that the multitude of heinous actions undertaken by Elysium Station II and its associated nations warrant condemnation,

Hereby condemns Elysium Station II.

Description: Article I: The New South Hell Greater Co-Prosperity Sphere

The New South Hell Greater Co-Prosperity Sphere, often shortened to the Hellosphere - but more accurately named the ARBosphere - was an enigmatic aggregate of nations associated with New South Hell and all controlled by the mysterious entity known as ARB. Details about this entity are scarce, although we know that their primary seat of power was The Voice of ARB.

The ARBosphere contained nearly 400 nations, each with their own unique mission and citizens, spread across many regions including The Bad Place, Ulthar, Ideology Testing Inc. and more. While The Bad Place was the residence of some of the ARBosphere's most illustrious personalities, it was the complex geopolitics between the dogmatic nations of Ideology Testing Inc that gave rise to one of the ARBosphere's best works - an essay entitled with the region's name, describing, from a top-down level, the seventeen nations of the region and their interactions.

This essay was expanded and revised multiple times, and includes details on the informal agreements of the freedom-loving North; the Western bloc of progressive, modern havens; the devout, heavily-armed alliance of the East; and the terrible conflicts within and without the psychotic nations of the South; alongside the major issues the region faced, such as mass refugee exodus from the South, religious conflicts with the Psychotics, and disconcertingly widespread construction of WMDs.

Finally, any description of the ARBosphere would be incomplete without describing some of the more exotic nations it contained. Hypermom, a Mother Knows Best State in all but official classification, ruled by a well-meaning-if-overbearing parent with benevolent intentions; Lazy Faerie, a fuzzy-wuzzy state ruled by an ignominious godmother, somehow one of the nicest nations for a person to inhabit in The Bad Place; The Outer Satellites, a nation desiring nothing more than to advance humanity by terraforming barren moons in its home solar system; Badness Gracious, ambassador from The Bad Place to Ulthar, home to the pioneers of Spectral Theory (as we shall discuss soon); and of course, New South Hell, which, despite its facade of utter inhospitableness, somehow managed to be even worse than it appeared - but remains commendable for its punishment of only the worst of criminals.

Article II: Kindly Professor Hell and the Ideobots

Another excellent series of writings produced by the ARBosphere are the insights into the nature of our universe produced by scholars from Kindly Professor Hell and Badness Gracious, known formally as Spectral Theory. By quantifying a nation's ideological "themes" (e.g. "culture" or "generosity") and tracking them over time, these scholars were able to create a series of robots known as Ideobots, who were able to manage satellite states according to a predefined set of ideologically themed values.

Spectral Theory was one of the most in-depth projects undertaken by the nations of the ARBosphere, ongoing for no less than four years. In the course of the experiment, the ideological themes were refined many times, eventually ending up with a full thirty-six themes ranked at twenty different levels, and no less than fifty ideobots using the themes to manage vassal states. To perform the experiment, Professor Hell - the leader of the Spectral Theory research department, for whom Kindly Professor Hell was named - and his team had to painstakingly classify all three-hundred-odd common dilemmata of the time - including over a thousand individual choices.

Article III: Other Achievements of the ARBosphere

The ARBosphere encompassed a fantastic set of nations whose achievements are too complex and numerous to describe in just one document, and the many writings they produced are well worth the read. Nevertheless, here are some that bear specific notice:

successfully negotiating peace after the Skeleton Army's numerous invasions of Ulthar and The Bad Place,
hosting an excellent party, attended by the entire ARBosphere as well as several Ultharian regulars and catered to by - surprisingly - the Skeleton Army, as a celebration of New South Hell's third birthday,
using the research conducted by Kindly Professor Hell to publish analyses on many other topics, including enhancing nation descriptions, reporting on newly-released national statistics, and explaining the frequency of dilemma reoccurrence.

Article IV: A Statement of Commendation

As recognition of a truly unique group of nations and all their varied achievements, the Security Council hereby Commends The Voice of ARB.

Saddened by the abrupt collapse of Halcyon Nova, the nation that was once Founder and World Assembly Delegate of the Realm, leaving the region’s administration to Jolx as the native Delegate since November of last year,

Abhorred that in the early hours of August 7th 2022, an invading coalition seized the delegacy of the Realm against the wishes of the natives and dismissed the legitimate regional government,

Cognizant that the militaries presently involved in this occupation have long-standing policies celebrating and encouraging region destruction, be it temporary or irreversible,

Recalling with concern the occupations of A Liberal Haven and The Mystical Council, two senselessly destructive invasions led by the same parties involved in the occupation of the Realm, where both regions were subjected to destructive behavior, the latter being completely destroyed, leading to the forced displacement of its population and the loss of its regional history,

Believing that the passage of this Liberation is necessary by the Security Council to ensure this region is spared from permanent destruction by its malignant colonizers,

Repeal "Commend Europeia"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Recognizing that the region of Europeia has many commendable qualities such as its contributions to international political thought, the many prized achievements of individuals who have called it home, and its longevity as an influential power player which has continuously had an impact on world events and international relations;

Acknowledging that SCR#234 Commend Europeia is well-intentioned but nevertheless contains several flaws that do not effectively address the many factors that make Europeia a storied region worthy of commendation by this body;

Finds the following:

The “Status of Forces Agreements” agreed upon by Europeia and several other regions failed to produce lasting armies of strength or note in the case of Merridel and even produced armies whose interests have since run counter to the interests of Europeia in the case of the Communist Bloc. Thus, these groundbreaking agreements were not a net positive for Europeia and are not accomplishments worth noting in a commendation.
The “Applauding” clause, which mentions how Europeia invites other national leaders to join their region, fails to mention exactly what other places benefitted from the technologies and techniques that Europeia allegedly shared with other regions.
The resolution fails to convey the importance of the Europeian political system as one characterized by the depth, rather than the breadth, of its contributions. The resolution recognizes the number of national leaders who participate in the Europeian political system as the most admirable metric, thereby failing to appreciate the fullness of Europeian democracy.
Europeia’s contributions to interregional media are in some sense overstated. The “Media Development and Distribution Accord” with the Britannian Kingdom was on its face revolutionary, but failed to result in a lasting imprint on interregional communications and media as no such further accords were ever agreed by Europeia and other regions. The area of communications and media are worthy of recognition, but deserve a more appropriate frame.
Similarly, Europeia’s contributions to the World Assembly require a better, more comprehensive approach to properly address their scope and significance. They are mentioned in only the broadest of terms, leaving out the many national delegations from Europeia that have contributed to the formation of international law.
Europeian archives, while certainly extensive and digestible to the average national leader, are largely inaccessible to anyone who is not a citizen of Europeia, thus denying the international community as a whole any insight into the “often irreplaceable regional and world history” that the resolution celebrates.

Believing the foregoing flaws demand a more robust and comprehensive replacement;

Hereby Repeals SCR#234 Commend Europeia.[/box]

Knowing that Europeia first began as a monarchy in 2007 ruled by King HEM, but transitioned into a democracy later that same year, a regime change which has stood the test of time with a democratically-elected Senate, the primary law-making body which has been home to many robust debates over time, and an elected head of state overseeing the diverse activities that Europeian citizens can engage in;

Lauding Europeia as its democracy has rarely been contained within the confines of elected bodies, but has often encompassed the entirety of the citizenry via regular discussions on important legal and policy issues in its Grand Hall. Citizen participation in Europeian politics can also be seen through the long and storied histories of the several iterations of the Europeian Citizens’ Assembly and later by allowing national leaders in Europeia to run its capital city of Arnhelm via its City Council;

Believing that democracy cannot function without a robust media sphere, something that Europeia recognizes, encourages, and prizes, with the Europeian Broadcasting Corporation providing Europeians and others news, commentary, and analysis in both text and auditory formats in concert with private outlets such as The Europeian Research Institute, The Panda’s Pen, and others;
