Description: The Security Council,

Understanding that commendations are considered awards that are dedicated to nations for their significant accomplishments.

Believing the nation of Wintony to be a valid candidate for such an award.

Remembers Wintony's humble beginnings in the region of The Council of Noteworthy Nations, a small region home to nations who considered each other close friends. However, through years of growing inactivity in the region, Wintony left CONN for Illuminati in February of 2015, intrigued by the region's history as well as the promise of a larger role in the greater world.

Understands, however, that much of Illuminati's recruitment was nothing more than propaganda to lure suspecting nations in. There was a system in place in the region by its founder that ensured that no nation could rise to their full potential; in other words, the founder made sure no nation could become too influential, and that any who were popular supported and carried out the founder's agenda.

Highlights that Illuminati has long been involved with and responsible for harassing behavior against a number of regions and individual nations. This is made clear with its involvement with the Aeazen Combine, an organization which had become vilified for the destruction of forums belonging to certain regions which had been targeted. This being merely one of many examples of Illuminati's past behaviors.

Admires the March Revolution which sought to unify Illuminati against Rhyphix in light of the forceful dismissal of its Directorate, Dominionaire. This revolt had sparked the most activity in the region up to that point in time, however, despite their efforts, nothing could be done to bring about the change they wanted to see. Wintony would return back to CONN for the remainder of that year.

Applauds Wintony's return to Illuminati in which they had been invited back to. Wintony felt saddened by the dead state Illuminati had fallen into after revolt in March that previous year. Wintony wanted to repair the region and try to make Illuminati's dream something more than propaganda, and so Wintony would become the region's 52nd Grand Chancellor once again, and under this distinguished nation's leadership, Illuminati began to see a new record breaking surge of activity once again. This would mark a golden age in Illuminati, the government was active, it had a hard working cultural department, and a number of great projects were in the works such as G.O.D. and G.A.I.A. which would have aided its global news network.

Praises Wintony for the leadership and integrity displayed throughout the nation's time as Grand Chancellor, and more so during the regional purge of June 19th, 2016, when Wintony had been violently deported from the region by the founder, in light of Wintony winning a popularity vote, which had only come about due to Rhyphix's push to remove the nation as the region's grand chancellor. It was on this day that the nations of Illuminati learned the true nature of the region and its founder, and with Wintony's forceful removal from the region, dozens would follow, leaving Illuminati for the region of Exodus.

Recognizes Wintony as the prime leader of both the Exodus-Illuminati war and Illuminati Revolution, the latter of which resulted in successfully ending Rhyphix's power grasp over the region, by guiding the nations of Kawaii Village, Altino, and Rigels Light through the process and advising each move that needed to be taken.

Fully Understanding that without Wintony's guidance, a revolution in Illuminati would have been unlikely, and Rhyphix would continue to harass the world and keep citizens of the region under the founder's influence and control.

OBSERVING that the "repurposing" of Femdom Empire did eventually occur, as hoped for by SC#248's author - but as a mere colony which retains its old ideals of female domination, with no community to speak of; and

NOTING that Bedetopia, which defended the region in 2016-17, has refounded and passworded Femdom Empire, thus making SC#248 useless (as Liberations are inapplicable to founder-imposed passwords) and worthy of repeal:

Description: THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

RECOGNISING Alasdair I Frosticus (a nation better known as the Holy Empire, hereinafter THE) to have been founded around March 2003 - or at least what many nations consider to be March 2003, since time is non-linear in THE - and THE's territory, The Holy Monastic Republic of The Archregimancy (TA), to have been founded in August 2005;

NOTING the existence of a football World Cup (WC) first organised in antiquity, widely considered the world's premier sporting stage, with 79 editions played and hundreds of nations served over the past 14 years. THE was one of the 32 nations that played at the 1st WC, one of only two now extant (with Ariddia), and the only one playing at the 79th WC;

INSPIRED at the effort consistently put in by THE for the WC throughout history, including:

• hosting four WCs (plus one as TA), an achievement few other nations have rivalled: hosting the 2nd WC alone, the 28th (as TA) with New Montreal States, the 34th with Ariddia, the 50th with Krytenia, and the 69th with Apox;
  
• making the WC final eight times (and winning it at the 48th, 60th, 62nd and 69th WCs), no doubt aided by THE's dedication to attacking football;
  
• playing at 50 WCs proper (including all WCs between the 32nd and 73th editions), more than any other nation (even despite not playing at all between the 8th and 24th WCs); and
  
• induction into the World Cup Hall of Fame after the 45th WC, thus securing THE's legacy as one of history's great football-playing nations;

RECALLING the following facts about the many creative scenarios that have involved THE in past WCs:

• THE has fielded a diversity of squads in the past: from humans to jumping foodstuffs to refugees from the Land of Faerie to the Fog-Thing of Antiquity, and most latterly intergalactic zombie space pirates;
  
• THE's coach, Juan Tzimisces, has stayed in his role for the last 54 WCs; he also led a brave defence of THE's Black Gate for 100 days during The Event, which ended before the 48th WC;
  
• As a nation in The Dreamed Realm, THE is accessible solely by portal (and not by what many nations would deem to be normal transport);
  
• The long-running World Cup Show with Basil and Theo is renowned as a snarky highlights show covering games that THE has recently played; and
  
• When THE played at the 45th WC and made the final (losing 4-1 to Candelaria and Marquez), despite never making the semifinals before, THE fielded a team of cavemen who eschewed normal footballs for spherical rocks. The team captain, Ug-Ug, kept a monosyllabic diary throughout said WC, retiring after the 48th WC;

UNDERSTANDING, therefore, that THE is a nation with much experience and knowledge of world football, which is thankfully passed onto football associations the world over in the form of guidance and stabilisation;

IMPRESSED at how, via TA, THE's various general debaters have been consistently relied upon for dialogue on matters historical, archaeological and political; being well-respected by many other debaters, and regularly ranking highly in debating awards ceremonies;

BELIEVING that the achievements and continued presence of the Holy Empire/Alasdair I Frosticus - which have taken up the better part of the world's existence, but have led to respect from countless nations, and inspired more still to engage in general debate and the football World Cup - deserve recognition by this august body:

Solorni was one of the main coordinators of first constitutional convention of Balder, which established a sovereign and democratic government for the region that continues to this day.

Highlights Solorni's service as WA Delegate and Queen of Balder. Solorni achieved unique levels of support among the region, as evidenced by record endorsement numbers and longevity. During Solorni's delegacy, Balder has experienced unprecedented levels of activity, and prosperity. Solorni has encouraged development and innovation in Balder, ensuring that the regional government constantly evolves to serve the needs of its community.

Admires Solorni's contributions to the security and stability of Balder. Solorni serves as the chief administrator for the regional forum. Solorni oversaw the creation of the Royal Council and its transformation into the Monarchy, institutions dedicated to protecting Balder from external threats and safeguarding democratic governance. Solorni has been a member of both institutions throughout their existence.

Applauds Solorni's work in Europeia, where they served multiple times as President and Cabinet member. Solorni's second presidential term marked the foundation of modern Europeian foreign policy, resulting in increased interregional prominence for the region. As Grand Admiral of the Europeian Republican Navy, Solorni instituted systematic training and recruitment programs, resulting in record deployment numbers and transforming the Navy into an interregionally respected military force. Solorni has been one of the most prolific regional recruiters, introducing numerous nations to the Europeian community and, through transformative contributions to the Europeian Citizens' Assembly, encouraging their engagement.

Appreciates Solorni's contributions to the historic region of Empires of Earth, where they served in multiple cabinet offices. Solorni led the revival and refounding of the region as Queen and Empress, securing its history for future generations.

Recognizes Solorni as a world-renowned diplomat. Solorni has negotiated treaties resulting in long-lasting alliances between regions such as Balder, Europeia, Lazarus, Osiris, The East Pacific, The Land of Kings and Emperors, The North Pacific, and The West Pacific. Solorni has been an active contributor to the successful multi-regional organizations of the World Assembly Legislative League and the GCR Sovereignty Accords. Solorni has been a committed proponent of the ideology of Independence, advocating for a pragmatic approach to diplomacy that prioritizes regional interests.

Acclaims the charismatic leadership style of Solorni, characterized by a strong emphasis on community building and active communication. Solorni has consistently striven to raise awareness about important issues through publications whose reach extends beyond regional borders. In all regions they were involved, Solorni facilitated the successful integration and mentorship of numerous new nations, many of which have continued on to serve as regional leaders.

Recognizing Gay as the largest and oldest extant region that offers a home and safe haven explicitly for LGBTQ+ people, and which has tirelessly advocated for the acceptance of LGBTQ+ people and for LGBTQ+ rights;

Acknowledging that, like most communities, Gay has had to constantly work toward greater inclusivity and intersectionality, having once limited involvement in the community and government of the region based on military alignment;

Applauding Gay's recent decision to constitutionally mandate the region's military neutrality, to explicitly reject discrimination based on military alignment, and to ensure that all LGBTQ+ people can participate in the regional community and government regardless of alignment;

Celebrating Gay's history of LGBTQ+ advocacy, dating back to regional support for NSUN Resolution #12, entitled "Gay Rights," among the earliest international legislation to address the rights of LGBTQ+ people;

Praising Gay's commitment to opposing intolerance and bigotry against LGBTQ+ people not only by condemning such behavior, but also by offering educational resources to encourage greater understanding of LGBTQ+ people and the issues they face;

Honoring Gay's history as a defender region and the region's participation in the defense of vulnerable regions against unjust invasion as a member region of the now-defunct Founderless Regions Alliance;

Lauding Gay for remaining committed to the protection of LGBTQ+ related regions and, according to Gay's regional constitution, continuing to take "an active interest in their well-being and continued flourishing";

Congratulating Gay for its storied history as the premier LGBTQ+ region in the world, and for remaining committed to progressive reform and growth so that it may better fulfill its mission to promote LGBTQ+ acceptance and the rights of LGBTQ+ people;

a. Read the Resolution Act, promoting engagement between members and the grand organs of the Assembly as a whole and ensuring the employment and self-importance of those many delegates and representatives camping around the Assembly,

b. Reducing Problem Gambling, ensuring treatment for the problems of gambling addiction and its undeniably real effects on families,

c. Permit Male Circumcision, guaranteeing freedom of religion and employment for purveyors of scissors the world over,

d. Recognising Achievements Act, preventing the imposition of non-tariff barriers to human capital transfers and promoting international culture and education,

e. Extradition Rights, protecting the accused from unscrupulous governments attempting bribes or offers of significant reward for the return of certain persons, and

f. Right to Petition, ensuring the right to petition, a necessary and central right to the exercise of political rights the world over, and bringing to the fore those difficult questions that lie at the centre of any real and important political debate,

Raptured in awe of their cooperative efforts with other authors to enact much-necessary legislation and willingness to share the glories at the centre of the world stage, a humility that seems too often absent from the modern General Assembly,

Astonished at their delegation's remarkable intellectual consistency, standing up for self-governance, political freedom, and economic liberty, against the forces of corruption, greed, and thievery,

Applauding their delegation's intellectual achievements, such as introducing to those important international forums, an essay presaging the culmination of the years-long international federalist-national sovereigntist divide, and

Puzzled at why this august Assembly has not yet commended one of its most accomplished members, long the seventh most ancient purveyor of eggnog in times of cheer and bulwark against the ravages of time, hereby

Recalls that in 2009, Guy joined 10000 Islands and within a short period of time received one of the highest honours of TITO, becoming a TITO Knight. In addition to this esteemed honour, Guy served two terms as 10ki Senator and one term as WA Delegate.

Observes that during Guy’s service as Delegate of 10000 Islands, Guy led efforts to collaborate with World Assembly resolution authors and clearly delineated the position of 10000 Islands’ WA nations on major topics before the consideration of the World Assembly. This watershed moment facilitated the greater engagement of subsequent 10000 Islands Delegates with the NationStates Forums and resolution authors, with the region quickly becoming a leading voice on World Assembly matters.

Appreciates Guy’s expertise in military leadership, intelligence gathering, and regional security, as demonstrated through regional service as the Chief of Defence, Arch Chancellor, and Intelligence Minister of the Founderless Regions Alliance.

Applauds Guy’s many years of commitment to the defence of regional sovereignty and the rights of natives to self-determination. Guy’s leadership on the international stage in advocating for the defence of natives has led to the defence of more than 1000 regions, including the masterminding of the liberation of Lazarus from the control of the New Pacific Order.

Believes that another prime example of Guy's military excellence is the liberation of India. India was a region colonized by The Dominion, and was only freed thanks to the fact that Guy had sleepers in the region. Thanks to Guy, defenders were able to quickly refound the region when the founder went inactive.

Affirms that Guy’s service as Speaker of the Assembly of the Rejected Realms has facilitated significant legislative improvements to the Laws of the Rejected Realms, assisting in the minimisation of legal loopholes and bureaucracy for a more efficient and effective legislative foundation for future nations of the Rejected Realms.

Commemorates Guy's longtime service to Spiritus as Chief Justice, RA Representative of five terms, Vice President, and as Minister of Foreign Affairs. Guy was also awarded the Exaltation of Spiritus for their service, which is one of the highest awards a nation can receive.

Admires Guy’s remarkable diplomatic skills, as evidenced by the negotiation of major interregional treaties during their lengthy tenures as Delegate of the Rejected Realms, Delegate of 10000 Islands, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spiritus, and by their service as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the North Pacific and as Foreign Affairs Officer of the Rejected Realms. During their time as Foreign Affairs Officer of the Rejected Realms, Guy oversaw the development of a distinct foreign policy, facilitating close ties with regions and organisations across the ideological spectrum.

Taking Further Note that since the passage of SC#253 the raiding forces, having occupied the region for 39 days, withdrew from their occupation and have been replaced by a coalition of defender forces bent on returning The Monarchist Entente to the displaced native community;

Believing that it is the right of the native community, with the help of defender forces, to place a password upon their region to better protect their community and help prevent future raids from occurring;

Acknowledging Helaw’s tenure as delegate in the Ridgefield, the first of the recently rebuilt region, and in Conch Kingdom, where they composed an astonishing 57 voting recommendations, emphasizing the progressive and transparent attitude Helaw has shown in regards to the World Assembly, setting a steady foundation that allowed the two regions to grow, even in the wake of a temporary dissolution of the Augustin Alliance,

Lauding the character of their influence on the development of both Ridgefield, where they currently serve as Judge, to become the most active World Assembly-only region in the world - home to 64 active nations, and Tempest, a rapidly growing, strictly democratic region with a sophisticated political system, by the puppet founding nation Ventus Imperatoris,

RECOGNIZING Greater Dienstad as one of the most active regions in NationStates involved in and encouraging involvement in multiple arenas of national and international interactions, including historical events, social media, political alliances, war, diplomacy, trade and the fight against terrorism;

UNDERSTANDING that Greater Dienstad serves as a distinguished region for coaching nations in the fields of diplomatic conduct, scientific advancement, policy negotiation, international affairs and treaty development, and allowing nations to create and stand by their own moral and cultural roots and bases;

APPRECIATING Greater Dienstad's efforts as a whole in assisting nations and regions in developing insight and innovation, notably with the works of Mokastana, Lamoni (commended by SC Resolution #100), The Macabees (commended by SC Resolution #237), and Ghant, among others;

FURTHER APPRECIATING the learning environment that Greater Dienstad have upheld and maintained through various guides, a helpful atmosphere and supportive mentors;

AWARE of the region's efforts to mentor new nations in the above mentioned subjects creatively, such as the recent Greater Dienstad Expo I and the collaborated cultural exchange of The North Pacific and Greater Dienstad, as well as their periodic global recognition of excellence in the fields of technological advancement, diplomacy, resolution of conflict and so on, which has been awarded to only four nations thus far since 2014;

APPLAUDING the painstaking efforts taken by the nations of Greater Dienstad when they hosted the NS World Fair's fourth edition (NSWF #4), participated in by over 30 regions, more than 150 nations and the efforts of the region in the NSWF #4 in saving Christmas and the fostering of international unity in making sure that everyone had presents under their trees without fear or delay;

COMMEMORATING the region's resilience, determination and grit after the devastating War of Golden Succession, which was among the largest uprisings witnessed in history, and noting that the region handled the aftermath of this War in the most stable and restorative way possible, not to mention the lengths to which the region supports free trade and democratization of demonstrably harmful autocratic regimes, seen in the effects of the Great Dienstadi Battle;

FURTHER COMMEMORATING the region's legacy is of perseverance in the face of disaster, demonstrated by their revival from inactivity after the region was raided;

NOTING that even after such gruesome wars, Greater Dienstad chose to be barrier free and allow new nations to settle in and contribute to the region, making it one of the most accepting, welcoming and open communities;

CONVINCED that Greater Dienstad's almost 13 year long history of promoting a better diplomatic and mentoring environment, and their expertise in the above mentioned subjects without imposing a personal agenda upon them, is deserving of a commendation;

Description: The esteemed Security Council of the World Assembly,

AWARE that commendations are pieces of legislation meant to memorialize nations or regions for accomplishments and good deeds;

BELIEVING that one such nation, by the name of Frattastan ii, also known as Frattastan or Fratt, is highly deserving of recognition for their services not only to The Rejected Realms but to countless other regions throughout NationStates;

THANKING Frattastan ii for the seven years they have dedicated to The Rejected Realms, where they have served multiple roles in the regional government and provided outstanding contributions to the community including:

• A term of 399 days as World Assembly Delegate and Head of State between April 5, 2013 and May 9, 2014. In this capacity Frattastan II oversaw multiple changes to the regional constitution which expanded the powers of the head of state, as well as setting terms for regional officer elections and increasing the majority needed to appoint a nation to the Citizenship Council. Presenting the nation of Chan Island (which has re-branded itself in a desperate attempt to escape the crimes of its former regime Annihilators of Chan Island), a nation whose desire to spread chaos across all nations is so great that few leaders have been spared the vexation of dealing with its actions;

Shocked to trace at least twenty-four distinct covert operations that impact nations across the multiverse to the regime (fifteen originating from the Annihilators of Chan Island, nine from Chan Island);

Finding each unearthed effort more reprobate and villainous than the last, but, for the sake of brevity, summarizing a few of the most heinous as follows:

• Operation: That Sinking Feeling - wherein Annihilators of Chan Island were ultimately responsible for the sinking of a passenger ship, killing all occupants while making international emergency services look completely inept;

IMPRESSED that the government of Minoa created and maintained for the last five years an international database of information they dubbed as NSIndex, which strives to provide objective and factual information to nations across the international community;

Description: Security Council Resolution #247 “Liberate The East Pacific” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

Argument: THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

AWARE that SC#247, a light-hearted and admittedly symbolic jibe at The East Pacific's (TEP) then-government penned by a vassal state of United Massachussetts (now TEP's Minister of World Assembly Affairs), focused almost entirely on the actions of then-WA Delegate Queen YUNo (Yuno) at the cost of virtually ignoring the manoeuvres of other TEP officials; its arguments shall be fully refuted below;

RECALLING that a new administration led by WA Delegate Fedele (which has, similarly to Yuno, expressed their support for a repeal of SC#247) came into force in TEP in October 2018, which was quick to change TEP's colour scheme from pink to a more traditional green, as well as both lifting the old ban on emigration and removing bans for those nations that had left TEP upon their request;

OBSERVING that, despite Yuno having previously been a Sergeant in The Black Hawks as well as a major influence in moulding The West Pacific's modern military, neither region ever capitalised on Yuno's year-long delegacy to hijack TEP and there was certainly no conspiracy amongst raiders to truly wreak merry hell upon it during this time; indeed, the East Pacific Sovereign Army has remained able to be flexible between invasion and defence;

ADAMANT, therefore, that the first three points that this august body used to liberate TEP - i.e. that it banned emigration, used the colour of pink on its official documents, and was allegedly in thrall to The Black Hawks and The West Pacific - are now of little or no significance in light of a recent East Pacifican changing of the guard; but

BELIEVING that it is standard practice for a feeder Delegate to send out many mass telegrams that might be relevant to other nations' day-to-day cultural experience (such as informing them about new, fun regional events) or to bear many endorsements to keep their region secure; the fact that they do so should not be isolated to paint them as evil tyrants out to defeat their underlings with their verbosity and voting power; and

CONCLUDING that many of the arguments made in SC#247, whilst delightfully humourous, must be seen in both the historical context in which they applied as well as in the modern era, where they are now less visible:

Concludes that contrary to past false apologies and propaganda, The Pacific is a region that is aggressive, authoritarian, deceitful, and advances dangerous ideologies that seek to divide NationStates and instill fear in all,

Hoping that this resolution, when passed by this Council, will provide a detailed and accurate account as to why Macedon deserves to be Condemned by the international community;

Detailing the atrocities committed by the region of Macedon in the following list for perusal by international delegations:

• Using well placed puppet nations, created by governments of nations within Macedon, to gain the trust of native nations within their own regions so as to betray them later on when destroying their communities from the inside.
  
  
• International and inter-regional ethnic cleansing, where nations of Macedon would take violent control of founderless regions through the World Assembly Delegate position to force nations from their home regions due to having a different ethnic makeup.
  
  
• Passwording and refounding over sixty regions, preventing communities of nations from growing in said regions for over 12 years in some cases. These regions include, but are not limited to: Brazil, Bulgaria, Carthage, Sri Lanka, Republic of Macedonia, Myanmar, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Belarus and Venezuela.
  
  
• Destroying active communities of nations after gaining their trust through duplicitous means, taking their home regions from them and casting them into The Rejected Realms. These regions include:
  
  
  • The occupation and attempted refound of France in 2009, where puppet nations of Macedonian origin seized the WA delegacy of the then over thirty nation community and used it to eject and ban the entire native community. They then proceeded to password the region and leave it barren with one nation occupying it, lasting for five months before their attempted refound of the region was thwarted by the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization.
    
    
  • The occupation and attempted destruction of the region Belgium that began on May 9th 2009, where Macedonian forces along with their allies from Mencer passworded the region after only 36 hours. The occupying forces then spent two months ejecting 32 native nations, ultimately being stopped by defender forces who through the use of undercover international operatives learned the password placed upon the region by Macedon. Due to the horrendous actions undertaken by a region like Macedon in the occupation of Belgium a new proposal type was enacted by the Security Council, a proposal type named a Liberation which would remove the password placed on a region by invading forces in order to allow defender forces to free it.
    
    
  • The occupation and attempted ethnic cleansing of the region Greece on December 24th, 2007. Through the implementation of a Macedonian puppet nation by the name of Orthodoxya, Macedon and their allies from Mencer seized the then United Nations Delegate position (predecessor to the current World Assembly) from the native nation Nikolaos The Great. Orthodoxya, placed in the region of Greece for the sole purpose of betraying the native Greek nations, held to the same beliefs that the ethnical makeup of the Greek nations were lesser than Macedonian nations peoples.

Noting that in recent years Macedon has gone dormant as a region, its community of nations dissolving over time and leaving their conquered regions empty except for trusted puppet nations;

NOTING that United World Order, also known as the Fourth Reich and the Ordenite Reich, is a totalitarian state built on the Nazi ideology.

HIGHLIGHTING United World Order's use of mass forced labor based on ideological and racial grounds in Krasnova. Despite a shortlived ejection of United World Order from the country, slavery has been re-instated since Krasnova's reoccupation by the Reich. An estimated 100-200 million Krasnovans are currently held as forced laborers.

DISMAYED with the practice of imprisoning in concentration camps and executing enemies on political, racial, and ideological grounds on the United World Order mainland. There are an estimated 20–30 million Ordenites living in concentration camps on the mainland, apart from another 70–100 million living as forced labor. Furthermore, an average of 10,000 political prisoners are executed each year.

SHOCKED by United World Order's crimes against humanity and mass murder in South Panooly and Krasnova, including,

• The death of 45 million indigenous Plánol people during the Ordenite occupation of South Panooly and the War of Panooly Reunification.
  
  
• 50-100 million Krasnovan deaths as part of an ongoing systemic program of racial and ideological cleansing.

KNOWING United World Order's allegiance to and aid of The Kraven Corporation, noted as a threat to the international order by the World Assembly under SCR #61 "Condemn the Kraven Corporation" in 2011. Such activities include,

• Supporting The Kraven Reich's inhumane occupations of several innocent states in Gholgoth, including large swaths of Jagada and Vetalia.

AGHAST at the butchering of thousands of defenseless prisoners of war after an escape attempt from Stalag 487B during the Second Krasnovan War.

Disgusted by Solorni's gathering of unique support to their causes in Balder being found by subsequent investigation to be from the exploitation of at-risk nations in the region.

Disturbed by the discovery that the reign of Solorni in Balder was built through the exploitation of these at-risk nations.

Noting that the original Commendation references Solorni's contributions to the security and stability of Balder, when Solorni has been exposed as the chief security threat, rather than the chief security administrator they were upheld to be.

Knowing that the original Commendation references Solorni's previously beloved residency in Europeia.

Revealing the fact the subsequent investigation, by which the information in this Repeal has been based upon, is an investigation from the Europeia security team that once trusted Solorni immensely.

Dismissing the original Commendation's claim of Solorni being a world-renowned diplomat as no longer relevant, based on the fact they are being summarily exiled from all the regions they negotiated treaties with during their career.

Saddened that a nation revered for their leadership, community building, and outreach on critical social issues has now been exposed for deep corruption.
