Description: The Security Council,

Noting that extant within the NationStates multiverse there are a dwindling number of regions created between November 2002 and early April 2003 before founding nations held executive power, excepting those not made immortal by the gods to serve as their machinery;

States that because of their status as not having nations to use these awesome powers, historical regions are uniquely vulnerable;

Enumerates the last remaining historical regions that never acquired an executive founder: Belgium, Bucketheadland, Carioch, Eutopia, EWU, Hattrick, Haven, Lake ilopango, Liberal Paradise, Secularia, Seven Eleven, South Pacific, The AGS Commonwealth, The Proletariat Coalition, The West, User Friendlia, NationStates, Canada, Middle Earth, St Abbaddon, Stargate, Yorkshire, SPACE, and LUE;

Recognizes those historical regions that have since had a founder nation appointed to lead them, including but not limited to: Europe, 10000 Islands, Texas, The Heartland, Wysteria, Nasicournia, Space Sector RPRA, Hell, ISAF2, Subreality, Germany, Kattar, Katasia, USSR, Anarchy, and Axis of Absurdity; and

Remembers the many regions from this period, too many to list, that have ceased to exist.

Believing that historical regions are worthy of preservation, and declares:

The interregional community should protect these historical regions, whether they are founderless now or lose their founders in the future, against subversion or aggression via:

• The writing of interregional protection treaties which can be adopted by those of defender, independent, imperialist and non-aligned ideologies alike to protect historical regions from external military forces.
  
  
• The enactment of measures by governments of historical regions to preempt attack and malicious refounding.
  
  
• The passage or rejection of Liberation resolutions and their repeals based on native support.
  
  
• The establishment of policies by all regional governments to support the native population and governance of historical regions, including political and military intervention where appropriate.

The doctrine of this Assembly is that the expressed will of the native population and its recognized representatives are the supreme authority in deciding a region's policy and its future, including whether and how to implement access controls

With the passage of time, native populations and governments may become silent, indifferent, inactive, or cease to exist entirely, and

Encourages the creation by concerned nations of Caretaker Conservation Administrations (CCAs) to govern historical regions where no legitimate native leaders exist, or where such leaders request them, recommending and recognizing those which:

• Operate independently and do not limit membership based on affiliations outside the region,
  
  
• Require participating nations to be present in the governed region for the duration of their participation in the CCA,
  
  
• Make a good faith effort to honor the history of the region and the preferences of pre-established natives,
  
  
• Prioritize the best interest of the region over that of their members and other organizations,
  
  
• Recruit for and promote active participation in the region to establish new native stakeholders,
  
  
• Vigorously pursue the goal of establishing a healthy, independent region with independent native leadership,
  
  
• Dissolve or subordinate themselves to native administration once native leaders are established, and
  
  
• Do not allow members to serve concurrently in the native administration, nor use proxies to do so.

Establishes this Historical Region Act and authorizes the passage of additional resolutions to advance native rights and regional conservation.

Repeal "Condemn Ever-Wandering Souls”

Description: Security Council Resolution #326 “Condemn Ever-Wandering Souls” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.

The Security Council,

Reiterating that condemnation by this august body is one of the highest forms of punitive recognition a nation can receive for villainy and subversion,

Acknowledging the prior passage of Condemn Ever-Wandering Souls (Souls), which sought to condemn the nominee for their many years as a figure in raiding,

Respecting that the writing of SC#326 is excellent and up to modern standards of quality, though nevertheless unconvinced that the nominee is deserving of recognition by the Security Council for their alleged misdeeds,

Recognizing that SC#236 mentions Souls’ involvement and leadership in numerous raiding organizations, though contending that their career in the multiverse is primarily viewed through their role in The Black Hawks specifically,

Questioning the relevance of the “Iterating” clause, as ensuring the destruction of The Black Riders and “denying [them] any chance at salvation” is not a condemnable act given The Black Riders’ reputation as a repulsive organization which has been forever removed from the plane of existence by divine intervention,

Asserting that Souls’ leadership of The Black Hawks was, on the whole, detrimental to raiderdom due to their advancement of the parasitic and self-defeating “Raider Unity” ideology. Under Souls’ leadership, the Council of Hawks exploited and attempted to vassalize other raider organizations, notably the iteration of HYDRA at the time, decidedly making Souls’ style of leadership damaging to raider objectives,

Recalling that Souls has played a major role in the political alienation of imperialist and Independent regions from supporting invaders, where regions such as The Land of Kings and Emperors and Balder, previously reliable supporters of invasions, were pushed away from raiderdom by Souls’ dogmatic and antagonistic demeanor, thereby adding significantly to the political crisis faced by raiderdom today,

Dissatisfied with the claim that Souls is condemnable in nature, as nations which are most deserving of the designation are those which operate with unmitigated brutality, whereas, in the rare instances where they have produced a viable scheme, Souls has often failed to follow through on their proclaimed nefarious intentions, especially when said intentions were brought to the public eye, such as:

• Hiding from the public eye almost completely in the aftermath of the “Red Phone” intelligence disclosures. Souls repeatedly asserted their interest in subverting and eventually destroying the South Pacific’s legitimate government in these declassified documents, but refused to expend their own effort and later retreated from answering for their boasts,
  
  
• A series of intelligence and subversion operations planned by another organization Souls holds commanding rank in, targeting multiple regions, most notably Balder, which were unsuccessful and abandoned due to poor planning and execution on all fronts, such incompetence and the subsequent public fallout further isolating raider regions in the public discourse,

Delighted that many founded regions were further protected against permanent damage and seizure as a result of Souls’ diplomatic folly. Due to the loss of support from many imperialist and Independent groups, liberating coalitions and their allies have found passing preventative liberations to be of relative ease with minimal controversy, in part thanks to diplomatic repulsion by raiders encouraging more moderate regions to support these measures,

Concluding that while the target resolution is well articulated, Souls lacked ability, efficiency and tactful calculation while leading The Black Hawks, ultimately undermining their own ill-intended goals, dismantling their suitability for condemnation,

Affirming that while Souls held several positions in raiding high command over several years, their contributions to raiderdom have undoubtedly been feeble and that of a cosmic liability, and therefore,

Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #326 “Condemn Ever-Wandering Souls”.

Description: The Security Council,

Still in shock at recent events which brought all diplomacy to a halt across the multiverse, leading to over four days of stagnation, shaking all nations and organizations to their very core,

Dismayed that this cataclysmic event initiated on the Twenty-Third day of December, occurring right as holiday festivities were reaching their peak for nearly all people in all nations,

Aghast at the sheer destruction wrought by this apocalypse, vastly outshadowing previous multiversal disasters, including the not-infrequent nuclear armageddons and zombie uprisings, and the disastrous reign of the Cosmic Moose and its fury, which dealt a significant blow to the stability of the fabric of reality,

Grateful that the World Assembly headquarters blipped back into reality shortly after the start of the event, being one of the few global hubs that came to existence, and continuing to serve as a marketplace of ideas, and for the return of all functionality with only mild delays upon the restoration of the rest of the multiverse,

Noting that, while there is a theory that purports the multiverse may have been created last Thursday, having it summarily obliterated instead was extremely problematic in regards to the holiday plans of the nations of this Council,

Acknowledging that many nations became lost in a terminal aether, with their futures uncertain, and many believing themselves to be “adrift”, “nonexistent”, or “erased”, and the lasting impact that this may have on the denizens of the universe,

Reflecting on the worry that, for a time, there was the possibility that the multiverse would be reset,

Deducing that, if this outcome had come to pass, untold chaos, lawlessness, and potentially deadly power struggles would have spread throughout the multiverse instead of the usual good tidings and assorted presents,

Lamenting the fact that, since the multiverse is a critical community for many nations, some were not able to celebrate the holidays due to the small inconvenience of the multiverse being in tatters,

Horrified at the massive damage done to the market of national artwork, wiping out tens of thousands of standing asks and bids,

Resolving that to forever commemorate and remember this time of hardship, henceforth, all nations are encouraged to take four days off of this mortal plane, abstain from all worldly activities, and engage in deep introspection, every Twenty-Third of December,

Hereby immortalized the “Holiday Apocalypse”, acknowledging it as a disaster of unparalleled scale and submitting this account of its events on the book of the Security Council for the rest of eternity, or until it is rightfully repealed.

Concerned that the malevolent forces of invading will attempt to secure their effective puppet state from counter-invasion, thereby denying the scorned and mistreated regions of the world a chance at an act of justice,

Calling upon the nations of the global community to spread the Security Council mission of international peace and goodwill by permanently silencing the target region through counter-invasion as retribution for its crimes,

Hereby liberates Islamic States.

The Security Council,

Reaffirming the notion established in the target resolution that Islamic States has caused significant harm to the international community through its operations of colonialism and oppression,

Understanding that Islamic States led a variety of operations with intent to seize and destroy smaller regions, or establish military subsidiaries, in addition to supporting larger invasions by mainstream raider organizations,

Congratulating the defender and independent forces which were able to seize the aforementioned possessions through direct intervention or refound operations,

Censuring the maintenance of various acquisitions of Islamic States by other raider militaries or individuals on behalf of Islamic States’ successor region or for their own gratification,

Horrified to find out that the supernatural collapse of Islamic states (the nation, founder of the conquered region) was the result of repeat violations of international law and warfare regulations,

Appreciating the support provided by countless regions and nations across the world for Security Council Resolution #427 (SCR #427), nonetheless finding that the repeal of the resolution is critical to the final pacification of Islamic States,

Applauding the coalition counter-invasion led by The League, including The Order of the Grey Wardens, 10000 Islands, Europeia, The Mystical Alliance, Declansburg, and The Union of Democratic States,

Cherishing the poetic justice of The Mystical Alliance’s role in silencing Islamic States forever, as their predecessor region was one of the many tormented in-part by the Islamic Army in the early months of 2022,

Hoping this successful passing of judgment serves as a warning to those across the multiverse who would violate the sovereignty of innocent regions for nothing but the pleasure of wreaking destruction,

Hereby proudly repeals Security Council Resolution #427: Liberate Islamic States.

Recognizing the defender effort as one carried on not only by the fires of freedom held dearly in the regional strongholds of the defender spirit, but also through the efforts of those who work tirelessly to protect democratic principles at home and abroad,

Enchanted with The Happppy songs of Witchcraft and Sorcery’s (WS) efforts as a leading proponent of defender ideals, whose long and tireless endeavors have assisted in cultivating the strong spirit of democracy and sovereignty that burns brightly in many regions today,

Applauding WS’ leading role in the South Pacific’s transition to defender alignment, pushing furiously to enshrine the tenets of democracy and defending in the ruling Coalition’s charter and refusing to take any half-measures in a debate that has shaped the principles and direction of a modern paragon of defending,

Lauding WS’ role as Prime Minister of the South Pacific, in which they oversaw the massive release of over a year’s backlog of Sunshine Act government record releases, thereby helping to keep citizens informed of past crucial government activity, and the implementation of a unified application process that streamlined integration and involvement in government,

Mesmerized by WS’ further work within the South Pacific, where as three-time Minister of Defense/Military Affairs and General they led the South Pacific Special Forces, a leading defender organization that, under WS’ direction, rose to newfound heights of activity and contributed greatly to historical defenses from the siege of Anontia to the liberation of Trovons. Some of the improvements undertaken under WS include:

• the reinvigoration of the Tidal Force, an auxiliary branch of the SPSF that helped to amplify SPSF to the second-largest force in many liberating operations,
  
  
• the increased presence of SPSF initiative and involvement in major operations including the defenses of Christmas or Pirate’s Bay, elevating the SPSF to new levels of operational capability and setting the stage for continued SPSF leadership in the faction today,

Acclaiming WS’ tenure as a leading military official and operative on the battlefield in their extensive career in the defender faction under the banners of the SPSF, the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization (TITO), and the Order of the Grey Wardens, in which their incredible ability to train, organize, and command troops saw them attain the ranks of Tactical Officer in TITO and Warden-Constable. In these roles, their resolute passion and considerable experience heavily tilted the odds towards defenders in every battle, whether they be raining fire on Darkspawn or sending fascists to the funeral parlor, leading defenders of all kinds in over 10,000 operations where they notably:

• took a leading role in the massive liberation of The New Order Last Days Of Europe, skillfully hexing invaders and helping to reclaim native possession of the region,
  
  
• called the shots in the freeing of North Africa from a large force of occupants, where they bewitched raider holdouts, allowing over 70 defenders to enter the region in a flash,

• led a months-long effort to remove any trace of raider blight during a period of relative peace, in which over 2,000 regions were restored to their former glory,

Grateful for WS’ further efforts to promote a thriving community within the 10000 Islands (XKI), lending their irresistible enthusiasm to XKI from the positions of University Dean for two years, where they shared their love for the tactical arts with fellow defenders by creating a popular chess club and encouraged diversity in culture with programs that promoted multilingual communication between residents, and Himes West Senator for three terms, regularly running the regional lottery, raffles, and giveaways, a staple of the robust XKI economy,

Indebted to WS for their monumental efforts to carry on the torch of defenderdom in their 2017 revival of the Defender Awards, a time-honored defender tradition that continues to this day in which democratic values are celebrated and defender achievements honored, following the fall of the former hosts, the Founderless Regions Alliance,

Identifying the PUF as an unwavering military ally, as shown by the selfless work of PUF member nation Wellovia in defending Abetton from invasion by Phibeta, deploying to secure the coasts of both Abetton and Katase from the Phibetan navy and ultimately preventing the permanent destruction of the monarchy in Abetton,

Celebrating the PUF's further support of the Commonwealth of Morrdh following a military coup by the dictator Viktor Cathmore, delivering Mokan military forces to successfully secure the Greali Corridor from anti-Commonwealth forces and therefore ensuring that the Commonwealth could promptly return to power,

Acclaiming the PUF's selfless intervention in numerous humanitarian crises abroad to promptly resolve these and promote the wellbeing of national inhabitants; most notably:


• its military deployment against Griffincrest Oil Inc in Blackhelm Confederacy, allowing for the destruction of the megacorporation and its fearsome terrorist tactics to monopolise the oil trade;
  
  
• intervening against the brutal occupation of Krasnova by the Ordenite Reich, which attempted to maintain control through such tactics as enslaving Krasnovan natives and conducting massacres of civilians. The PUF organised and led a multinational military coalition against the Reich, ultimately halting the occupation and restoring native sovereignty over Krasnova; and
  
  
• its provision of high-grade weaponry to the rebel Communist Freedom Army in The Ice States during a civil war in the nation, as well as its direct military liberation of the nation's Western territories, resulting in the destruction of the blood-thirsty Empire of the Ice States and the formation of a more benevolent regime, the Communal Union;

Lauding the PUF's further extensive humanitarian efforts in the Great Dienstadi War; first by rendering medical aid and supplies to Malgrave upon its attack with chemical and biological weapons by Imbrinium; before hosting peace talks between Imbrinium and Morrdh, opening the doors to a swift conclusion of the bloody conflict between the two nations;

Celebrating the PUF as a pillar of the regional culture of Greater Dienstad, most notably through:

Noting that the PUF is a founding member of the Commonwealth Colonial Authority (CCA), an international space force to which the PUF has notably contributed through its successful deployment against a band of space pirates attacking CCA fleets; as well as its discovery and subsequent publication of a nuclear attack in Krasnova via CCA satellites, facilitating other nations' responses to the situation in the ever-unstable warzone;

Praising the work of Montana Pharmaceuticals Inc, an elaborate Mokan corporation which not only has supplied pharmaceuticals to numerous nations around the world, ensuring that millions of global citizens had access to lifesaving medications; but has also directly engaged in policing activity throughout the world to improve security, notably in one event hiring foreigners to successfully combat a particularly dangerous drug cartel;

Finding that the extensive political, military and cultural contributions of the PUF have significantly improved the lives of millions across the universe, and therefore merit recognition by this body,

Hereby commends Mokastana.

Description: The Security Council,

Presenting A Leaf on the Wind, commonly known as Sarah, as a diligent public servant to many regions throughout the international community, with a diverse background in cultural, military, and government roles,

Beginning the story of Sarah’s prominence in The Rejected Realms (TRR), a historic defender region with a unique culture and admission system for nations, where they served in critical positions over several years that undoubtedly enriched the strength of their community:

• Being a cornerstone of domestic life and development via their multiple terms as Officer (minister equivalent) with the portfolios of Culture and Outreach, each twice. In these roles, Sarah enhanced the Reject experience by forming a welcome committee to integrate new members and holding numerous artistic contests such as photography and writing that were open to all,
  
  
• Rising to the rank of Lieutenant in the Rejected Realms Army (RRA), where they protected innocent regions from harm with distinction. During their time in the RRA, Sarah spearheaded major institutional reforms in rank structure and recordkeeping in addition to training numerous individuals of diverse capability who would serve the RRA ably,
  
  
• Serving as Delegate (head of government) of the region, during which time they maintained and grew a strong presence in the WA by pursuing and representing TRR in the establishment of the Partnership of Sovereignty, of which TRR is a founding signatory,

Inspired by Sarah’s part in organizing the Defender Olympics for three consecutive years and counting. This annual event brings together dozens of participants from defender regions and their partners, allowing them to partake in friendly competitions and demonstrate their military skills,

Noting that during their time as a defender, Sarah was also a member of The Order of the Grey Wardens (TGW). Concurrent to their role as a Warden-Lieutenant (an officer-level designation), they served as the WA Delegate of the region. Sarah’s delegacy was particularly important to TGW, as it saw the formalization of the position, a marked increase in endorsements (a trend which has continued since their tenure), and the implementation of regular discussions on WA proposals,

Astonished that while also in TRR and TGW, Sarah still found time to contribute meaningfully to the government of The North Pacific. As an industrious member of the Ministry of Culture, Sarah onboarded and instructed new staffers with great proficiency, leading to a revival in the overall health of the ministry, culminating in them being appointed Minister of Culture in 2021 and continuing their excellent work there,

Appreciating Sarah’s involvement in Europeia as a politician and cultural staple of the region. During their time as Minister of Interior they oversaw highly successful recruitment efforts and capitalized on the same via integration improvements, namely establishing a regional welcoming committee to maximize the retention and experience of new Europeians,

Admiring that while Vice President of Europeia, Sarah represented them in the command team of CARD, a coalition formed in response to the seventh nuclear apocalypse. Sarah took on the often overlooked task of outreach and crowd-control, ensuring orders were smoothly carried out by smaller nations, allowing CARD and their allies to put up fierce efforts throughout the conflict,

Ending our story with Sarah’s ongoing career in Balder, a region which they became a member of in 2021. As a citizen of Balder, Sarah has contributed to a wide array of government functions that have undoubtedly bettered the community in question, such as with the following:

• Improving the cultural presence of Balder as Minister of Engagement and Culture and later Statsminister. Similarly to their strengths in TRR, Sarah has led a variety of arts-based events, in addition to holiday celebrations and festivals with Balder’s allies,
  
  
• Working alongside Kazaman to grow the foreign affairs and military involvement of Balder in a turbulent interregional climate. Balder’s Jomsvikings several times answered the call to service dutifully, participating in various sieges and small liberations throughout 2022, the result of Sarah’s direct involvement and encouragement,
  
  
• Most recently, being appointed Princess of Jomsborg. This royal title is conferred upon only the most trusted and dedicated Balderans, allowing them to take a leadership role in the security and cultural development of the region,

Believing, then, that Sarah’s contributions across many regions warrant recognition, and that they are an exemplary nation in the fields of culture and regional atmosphere, as well as generating enthusiasm and involvement within their communities and prizing their ability to continually rise to the occasion,

Hereby commends A Leaf on the Wind.

Observing that throughout its existence, the nation of Baggieland, ruled by King Alswitch and the despot Queen Alma, has consistently worked to negatively impact the lives of many across the multiverse in the fields of international sport and espionage,

Irked at Baggieland's sick habit of forcing visiting sports fans to indulge in its bizarre etiquette of consuming lasagna with spoons, where noncompliance is met with imprisonment,

Disgusted by the poor behavior displayed by Baggielandian tennis athlete Goran McEnroe who was imprisoned when he sprayed Gnejsian child Lars Varg with wolf repellent, claiming that he was a ‘wolf in boy's clothing’ despite not knowing what a wolf looks like, thereby undermining fellow tennis athlete John Ivanisevic’s achievement of winning the Hamilton International as an amateur,

Admiring their commitment to respecting and protecting all communities, especially from invading hordes, strengthened by a stay in the former iteration of Eastern Islands of Dharma, as well as stalwart and loyal service in the old United Defenders League; and their emphasis on the deeds, good or bad, of individuals rather than their ideology, a philosophy and set of values unlike the dominant partisans of the day, and which would define their political work on the world stage;

• Playing a critical role in the liberation of Belgium from invaders in 2009, where NuCa obtained the code of entry from Scoochi2 (infiltrating New Folsom as AI Robot) before helping lead defenders to a military victory in the region,

Awed that NuCa’s military service in defensive operations is particularly unique, as they spent prolonged times undercover. Their quantitative accomplishments as a defender despite often serving below-the-radar intelligence causes only reaffirms NuCa’s dedication to their cause. NuCa demonstrated extreme competence in this field, becoming FRA Minister of Intelligence rather quickly and succeeding in ventures such as:

• Deploying to The Last Kingdom as Yakuza Minnow for their first serious infiltration, eventually ascending to its Royal Council (the region’s cabinet),
  
  
• Continuing their adventure as Yakuza Minnow in The Black Hawks, where they spied on their “Hidden Ones” intelligence project, allowing NuCa to expose Lion Kingdom as Meman, a raider sent to conduct espionage on 10000 Islands,
  
  
• Evolving the Yakuza Minnow identity into Berkley Run, where NuCa subverted The Brotherhood of Blood and its successor, Unknown, over the course of multiple years. During this time NuCa rose to be Crown Prince of the region, placing them as second-in-command with extensive authority and information access,
  
  
• Devoting three months to leading a sleeper operation in Asia involving a coalition of three regions as Berkley Run. From the perspective of Unknown, Berkley Run was masterfully leading an invasion in their name, though NuCa was transmitting updates on their own availability as the invader Delegate to FRA command, allowing them to know when to strike and successfully liberate the region,
  
  
• Infiltrating The Orion Raiders, an operation that allowed the FRA to defend attempts at sleeper-based invasions in Eclipse, Q102, 404 Region not Found and The Right Point of View,

Appreciating NuCa’s mentorship and hands-on approach to aiding other FRA intelligence operatives, where they helped Great Sanfordia and Tupelope infiltrate The Black Hawks and The Eastern Empire respectively. Understanding that the stories told in these halls are scattered with homages to the time-old struggle between those who seek to build and create, and those who seek to destroy; a battle defined by conquerors and titans, who stand steadfast in the path of destruction — a description that befits none better than Neasmyrna (Neas),

Observing Neas’ creation of 00000 A World Power (AWP), which would soon be derailed by rogue delegate Sith Clans of Doom, who undid much of Neas’ initial work and banned them along with much of the native population. This disaster would fuel Neas’ determination to return to AWP to forge it into a true power, and ensure the same fate would never again befall AWP, nor any other community,

Admiring AWP's rise under Neas, engaging residents with a championship-style recruitment competition that would welcome over 200 nations in the span of 7 months during a period of great stagnation across the world. They followed up this increased activity by creating new forums for AWP, which served to integrate and engage members of the region and act as the base for the region’s military, the Regional Defense Force (RDF),

Awed that under Neas' leadership, the RDF grew into a cutting-edge fighting force known as one of the best of its time, defended over 300 regions, and became a key contributor to many defensive efforts such as those in the East Pacific, Lazarus, the Rejected Realms, and Feudal Japan, for years alongside allies like the Founderless Regions Alliance (FRA).

Appreciating Neas’ role in the FRA, leading AWP to become a principal member and crucial force in the alliance during military efforts in regions like Sweden, Austria, and Islam. Neas would serve as Chief of Defense twice, a resume that does not reflect their great breadth of achievement on the battlefield, where Neas’s level-headed approach alongside their incredible strategic ability would see them command forces or head the charge in many legendary defenses like:

• the defeat of the Crimson Order in the North Pacific (TNP) led by Lewis and Clark, in which Neas was crucial in supporting TNP’s internal resistance and the orchestration of a massive coalition of militaries to free the region from its tyrannical clutches,
  
  
• the refounding of Egypt, which, in coordination with a native and former AWP member known as Sun God, Neas snatched away from the clutches of DEN in a monumental effort that kept the region in safe hands,
  
  
• the liberation of Anarchy following a month-long occupation, during which a brief window to strike suddenly and strangely materialized, which Neas quickly capitalized upon by quickly organizing a liberation of the region from raider hands,

Wonderstruck at Neas’ influence far beyond the battlefield, developing AWP’s extensive foreign affairs network and uniting regions in a common cause, be it to oppose tyranny or protect regions from destruction. Neas’ informal FA approach and incredible diplomatic ability would see them uplift and bring together interregional actors in a shockingly effective manner, working to:

• coordinate and maintain effective communication between leading defender organizations 10000 Islands (XKI) and the FRA, which enabled a continued front to combat raider forces upon,

Applauding Neas’ further regionbuilding in XKI from their satellite state of Petalumadom, where they compounded on their impressive recruitment record with an astonishing 841 nations recruited on their own, and established the XKI Investment Corporation, which allowed residents to capitalize on its incredible taco-economy with the purchase of assets or shares, stimulating the region’s culture by increasing the prevalence of its unique economy,
