Calling back in said time to instances of the above clause when this assembly has enjoyed declarations of silly and satirical nature,
Lambasting the stagnation this body faces when the world is lowering its volume and querulous debates; when most of the commendable already has been given their honors and salutes, the majority of the condemnable long been shamed and verbally defenestrated,
Accepting the ability of nations to assign their most advanced or amateur authors to the Security Council to accumulate articles of creative addresses,
Resorting to rejection when a piece of penning is ultimately unacceptable, not of malevolent malfeasance, but of benevolent beholding,
Endorsing this assembly's ability to deny a declaration such as this declaration when it is witnessed to be undoubtedly weak and unenjoyable, and clearly crafted with breaching boredom originating from a nation's nests,
