Believing that reducing trade barriers and promoting fair agreements can strengthen global economies and improve diplomatic relations,

Considering the need for fair trade that benefits all nations, regardless of their size or economic power,

Hereby proposes:

1. Establishment of Bilateral Trade Agreements: a. Nations should work to establish mutually beneficial bilateral trade agreements, promoting free trade between countries with shared interests. b. The reduction of import and export duties should be part of these agreements, facilitating trade.

This is the Security Council and proposals like this are illegal. Try the GA instead.
