Ladies and gentlemen of the Security Council, on 3/22 the nation of Tuah invaded the peaceful frontier called Utopeus with his own region, Depressed Keslo warning him that if they invade, they would be against them. Nevertheless Tuah and his followers invaded and captured Utopeus. The next day armys from The Planet Renooth marched in and liberated Utopeus. The citizens Utopeus may be safe for now, because of that The Security Council Herby Condemns Tuah.

I’ve been finding illegalities in SC proposals for yonks, certainly longer than you’ve been on the site (or possibly even alive) and I can see two major rule violations in your effort.

I don’t think there’s an explicit rule in the book about this. If Bhang Bhang Buc has been doing this for years without being DEAT or worse, he’s probably allowed to do that.

No ownership of SC threads. But here’s a couple of hints - SC Rules 1(a) and 2(a). Try looking those up, though I doubt you will.
