NOTING that Algerheaven was once a peaceful and small community dedicated to promoting silliness across the world. On May 2nd, 2023 Algerheaven had transitioned into a frontier. On October 28th, 2023 inisidous forces launched an unprecedented attack against Algerheaven orchestrated by Lone Wolves United and led by Taarcaster with aid from Carcassone, Community, The land of kings and emporers and The West Pacific forcing natives to found a new refuge of The Grand Patriot Empire of Algerheaven with the intent of returning to Algerheaven

ABHORRED by the treatment of natives by the LWU who forced natives out of their Homes and out of Algerheaven. Proceding to block any natives from rejoining the region and imposing harsh border control on the once open and free entry to the Algerheaven.

ALARMED that Algerheaven is at this moment undergoing a transtion to Governorship, and is in danger of being lost to LWU. Should said transition occur it would force natives to be in permanent exile from their home land.

BELIEVING That due to above, an injuction is necessary to prevent Algerheaven from total occupation and exile of Natives permantly from their homeland and it would cause permanent damage to Natives of Algerheaven.

What, it not passing vote? With all that's happened with Algerheaven, I feel like most people just want to leave it either how it is or just alone.

Though I'm not the best person to ask. BBD or someone who was online when that all went down has a much better grip on the situation.

Add 'was' after the first Algerheaven, and fix the name of TGPEoA, it's the Grand Patriot Empire of Algerheaven, not the Grand Patriotic Empire of Algerheaven. IMPC is right, there's plenty more stuff you can fit in here to justify wanting to injunct the place on the basis of saving it from becoming a raider trophy.

Also, fully type out Lone Wolves United at least once, it's confusing for people who don't know what LWU means.

Well, Alger’s attempt at an Injunction was soundly defeated so if the region’s Founder can’t get it passed what chance have you?

Add to that they’ve pissed off enough people in high places that any attempt is doomed to failure whatever Alger cultists like yourself think they can do.

From what I remember we were trying out the frontier type and never switched to stronghold.

I believe you mean “insidious”, not “insidous”. Also “natives” is not a proper noun and should not be capitalised.

As I mentioned in the poor Liberation draft somewhere else in this forum TWPAF were also heavily involved in supporting LWU in the raid and takeover. A distinct lack of research, otherwise you would have known this.
