I’ve tried to maintain as close a rhythm and rhyming scheme as I could, as well as the same six verses of the original song, if there are any glaring errors, please let me know. Songwriting was especially never my strong suit.

I’ll have to pull my singing voice from the deep to showcase the rhymes, but I was never concerned with matching the lyrics one to one. As an OOC matter, I like songs that cover a melody but implement their own lyrics, and this is one way I pay homage to that.

Mainly, the “the two words that best describe are as follows, and I quote” was obviously made for three words. I’ve queen singing it “quite [beat] re [beat] viled” but you might want to change that. Additionally, “publishing such off kilter phrases…” is a bit wonky with the beat of the “I wouldn’t touch you…” The “How can we expect to take you seriously…” trips me up every time, as there are just not enough words in yours to fit the beat of the song. Finally, the “security council hereby repeals” doesn’t exactly fit. Again, not enough words. I know that’s hard to fix, but just a couple things to look at.

Those commas are deliberate, the original lyric for the first line shares the comma, indicating a very slight pause. I replicated it for the next verse since it worked in my head, when I was vocalizing it, but I'll make a some corrections in the next draft.

I'm not a fan of nauseate for this line, and I'm throwing around "sicken", "repulse", and "disgust", but am leaning towards sicken. Thoughts?

Is admirable too much to say? If so, I can adjust to "worthy", otherwise I lean towards "honorable".

"Quite [beat] re [beat] viled!" is how I've been vocalizing it, but that's because the way I speak places a little more emphasis on the "re" in "reviled" and it could still fit the beat. If that turns out not to be as common, then I'll replace "quite" with "very" for that extra syllable.

Additionally, “publishing such off kilter phrases…” is a bit wonky with the beat of the “I wouldn’t touch you…”

I'm taking this to mean "publishing" is taking too much time to sing comfortably, and will adjust accordingly.
