Recognising that [nation=Allanea], while ostensibly a free, rich and even magical utopia, is a capitalist dystopia which – even in the pursuit of otherwise-noble goals such as antislavery – has gone down a path of evil and death, perhaps under the delusion that the international community will accept such actions with the excuse that ends justify the means;

Acknowledging Allanea's vast potential to be a positive contributor to the world, shown by the assistance it has provided to nations around the world in building their military forces through a range of informational guides, such as on modern infantry, guerrilla warfare and military logistics;

Further noting its creation of the Amistad Declaration on Slavery and the Rights of Man, a document opposing the evil of slavery signed by dozens of nations including Lamoni, Holy Marsh, Anagonia and Yohannes, creating a medium for signatories to facilitate the military and diplomatic efforts of each other against slavery;

Believing, however, that these contributions disguise the evil Allanea – whose military routinely collects skulls and even skin of the enemy dead as wartime trophies – has engaged in through many war crimes and atrocities on the field of combat, many under the thin veneer of antislavery; including

• its relentless war against Emporer Pudu, which escalated to not only the nuclear bombing of the nation and deliberate flooding of underground cities, but also the explicit designation of Pudite civilian schools, hospitals and churches as military targets, with one Pudite schoolhouse being destroyed by Allanean forces and converted into a military base; and
  
  
• committing genocide and pillaging in Egyptiansstan, along with forces from Blackhelm Confederacy, with Allanean forces live-flaying Egyptiansstani civilians in retaliation for rocket attacks against Confederate military bases, before collaborating with the Confederacy to persecute and commit genocide against the Muslim population of Egyptiansstan;

Highlighting that the nation has served as the long-time President of CAPINTERN, an international alliance based in Greater Prussia dedicated to the destruction of communism around the world, with the alliance forcing its member nations to impoverish themselves by granting billions of dollars annually to the alliance, while prohibiting common-sense trade restrictions to prevent native businesses from being damaged by foreign trade;

Concerned, too, that Allanea has demonstrated its disregard for civil rights – despite its countless atrocities ostensibly to oppose slavery – by helping other nations indoctrinate their citizens in exchange for money, offering "Military-Patriotic Education" to children as young as 12 to indoctrinate them on behalf of other nations such as Holy Marsh and Urmanian;

Shocked by the further revelation of the hypocrisy of Allanea through the sale of military resources and other goods by the conglomerate Allanean Defense Exports to some of the vilest powers in the multiverse, including the very same military force of Imbrinium which would convert Malgrave into a desolate wasteland by attacking it with biological weapons; and The Grand World Order, a fascist dystopia hellbent on world domination;

Adamant that the pure capitalistic greed of Allanea and its private business is well-evidenced by the Nivensky-Ringworld Foundation, a corporation whose vilest acts include

• obtaining quadrillions of dollars – a quantity so high that it would have caused massive economic damage if spent in the Allanean economy – through an elaborate scheme wherein participating nations were promised a "Ringworld" to be built collaboratively, but then forced to give their entire homeworlds to the corporation as payment, all while the Foundation intentionally overrepresented its role in the construction of this Ringworld; and
  
  
• its leaders not only using the fraudulently-obtained money to purchase entire planets for themselves, but also to engage in imperialism and chaosmaking by purchasing for the corporation, inter alia, multiple entire solar systems, a superweapon capable of annihilating star systems, and thousands of prisoners from Techno-Soviet who would be forced into an Allanean military deployment in a space colony;

Troubled, finally, by the dystopian nature of Allanea, whose government has relentlessly indoctrinated its own people into believing Allanea to be "the best, freest nation in the world" despite the nation's great inequality and crime rates;

Concluding that while antislavery is noble, the World Assembly shall never accept causing destruction and chaos for so many years, and that by condemning Allanea the World Assembly shall prompt its leaders to reconsider their actions;

The World Assembly hereby condemns Allanea.

While Allanea is a large force in NSRP, the SC is probably far more clueless than most when it comes to the extent of its exploits.

It should be noted, of course, that Allanea operates dual geopolitical institutions such as the CAPINTERN (Capitalist International) and Greater Prussia, through which many of these acts were carried out. Highlighting these institutions and perhaps a few of Allanea's partners-in-crime via them (notably I seem to recall Menelmacar being relevant, though you'd have to ask them for more details) could flesh out the condemnation a bit and broaden the web of credit, so to speak.

Otherwise, support. Allanea's been roleplaying here for longer than a lot of players have been alive -- this is hilariously overdue.

The Munkcestrian Republic wholeheartedly supports this proposal, though we have no idea what any of that stuff about ringworms is about. The evil deeds of Allanea have gone ignored for far too long. We hope that the Security Council will follow this up with an official declaration of support for slavery.

I have added a clause regarding CAPINTERN and Greater Prussia -- however that also means that I have removed the Free Olesia clause and trim down some of the wording, and even then the draft is now just 5 characters below the limit . Thanks for the feedback.

Greetings, esteemed delegates of the World Assembly Security Council! Today, I come before yuh all to address di proposal of condemnation against The Free Kingdom of Allanea. Mi, as Amanda Dadá, di suprim liida of di Confederacy of Cheerfully Candid People, must express my reservations regarding dis proposal.

First, let mi acknowledge dat antislavery is indeed a noble cause, an' mi commend Allanea for its contributions in dat regard. Di Amistad Declaration on Slavery and di Rights of Man demonstrates a commitment to fight against di evil of slavery, an' dat should not go unnoticed.

However, mi must raise concerns about di allegations presented in di proposal. As a nation dat values democracy, freedom, an' human rights, mi believe in upholding fairness an' considering all perspectives. Mi fear dat di information provided in dis proposal may be tainted by biases or intentions to discredit Allanea.

Claims of war crimes an' atrocities should not be taken lightly, but mi urge di Security Council to thoroughly investigate di validity of these allegations. Fake news an' fabricated information can be used by authoritarian regimens to manipulate opinions an' undermine di reputation of nations supporting democracy.

While recognizing Allanea's role in CAPINTERN and its private business dealings, mi believe dat we must approach di situation with nuance an' balance. Condemnation should not be based solely on assumptions, but rather on concrete evidence.

As representatives of di World Assembly, our duty is to promote peace, understanding, an' justice. Mi propose a fair, impartial investigation into di allegations against Allanea before rushing to condemnation. Let us engage in open dialogue an' seek di truth before making any decisions dat could have far-reaching consequences.

In conclusion, mi urge di Security Council to consider di ramifications of di proposal. Let us uphold di principles of fairness, transparency, an' respect for human rights. Only through diligent investigation an' unbiased evaluation can we reach a just decision.

Reluctantly in favor due to clear-cut evidence of war crimes and egregiously grotesque actions, but many of the accusations are misleading, unexplained, or just untrue.

Signing onto international treaty organizations is voluntary, and the high tax is explicitly explain as a way to make membership more exclusive rather than force nations to bankrupt themselves. Maintaining a commitment to free trade or opposing Communism is hardly worth discussing as part of a condemnation. Political wrongthink isn’t a crime.

There is no explanation of what Military-Patriotic Education consists of, why it would be better for willing recipients to have no education at all, or how it violates civil liberties. Gesturing at indoctrination as a buzzword doesn’t prove it’s against the laws or values of the WA.

There is no record of Allanea selling arms to the GWO that has been provided, and selling weapons to a state does not imply AllDefExport had prior knowledge of their intended use. As ADE explains, it is a private company acting as middle man between arms manufacturers and prospecting buyers, and Allanean law expressly prohibits selling arms to states and organizations which have been blacklisted for extreme violations of international law. Without any evidence or argument from the author otherwise, it can only be assumed this was an unintended failure of the legal system.

Likewise, the involvement of the Allanean government in the Nivensky-Ringworld Foundation is not described, with the resolution implying it is a criminal enterprise acting independently of legal authorities. Organized crime rings and fraudulent businesses are ubiquitous, not a unique failure of a particular law enforcement agency or court system.

Again, with the bandying around of “indoctrination” claims. The evaluation of Allanea as the “best, freest nation in the world” is common (and completely subjective) rhetoric in all nations. Like most of this proposal, it relies on shock value over factual accuracy. Perhaps Allanea is guilty of all the allegations, but the vast majority of them remain unproved by the author.

The Mediaman delegate shifted her files regarding the subject at hand, before she lent her two cents into the discussion. "Before we start, I would like to establish that the Mediaman crown, as does the Allanean crown, does not condone slavery, communism, or fascism. In that sense, our respective governments are in agreement, and as such, have fought side by side in various operations.

However, while Mediama applauds Allanea's efforts combating slavery and communism, many of our servicemen had given testimony regarding their actions which fit into the accusations made of war crimes. Namely, during the Saderan Emergency, and the Qaidi Crisis.

The Cheerfully Candid People delegation is correct in that these accusations must be throughly investigated. I'd wholehartedly expect that we'd be treated the same if we were in a similar situation, innocent until proven guilty afterall. However given the experiences we had in the past working with Allanean forces and the often heavy-handed methods they employ in combatting both slavery and communism, methods which have at times helped fuel further resentment against our forces and in turn fueled the fires for more post-war conflicts, the Mediaman delegation stands in favour of the condemnation."

These are civilian vehicles, not weapons, and no reasonable person believes civilians living in authoritarian regimes should be barred from using transportation. This is an utterly ridiculous response that still doesn’t link the actions of Allanean companies to the state itself in any way whatsoever. Do better.
