Security Council: Condemn Bhang Bhang Duc (nation), by Quebecshire with Varanius

Recommendation: FOR

Rationale: There's the West Pacific purge, and then there's the West Pacific purge done really well. BBD helped out a great deal with the latter, although it might not have been had Eli allowed them to live out their days in peace at the first time of asking. There was no second time of asking because they were promoted to Guardian of the West almost as soon as they were let back in - a role that, in reality, intended to facilitate little more than the expulsion of nations as unassuming as they were, even if a few changes of delegate were required in the moment to do it properly.

By some coincidence, one of those delegate changes, a mere seven years after their first serious involvement, featured themselves. They proceeded to eject their predecessor Westwind and their tutor TAO. (And advocate against the alleged marsupial threat, although that's a more structural problem we'd rather revisit at a later date.) Their tenure as a Guardian continues. Their service as a formal World Assembly advisor does not - they resigned a number of years ago after a contentious vote involving an ally - but they still lay down scathing commentary against those new to the Security Council.

The author of this recommendation was hit by it more than a few times six or seven years ago; she imagines the nominee would eject them if they could, too. It is her intention - as well as that of the authors - that they be Condemned, not as a reward for fifteen years of hard work in keeping the West safe, but as a punishment for fifteen years of strict oversight to keep the West terrified. Australia are 78 runs after 3 wickets down and without Steve Smith to guide them into the afternoon session at Edgbaston, but the koalas - their national animal - appear to be enjoying more success on this front.
