Recalling the repeal of our previous Commendation of the nation of Mikeswill,
Believing that a Condemnation would be a far more fitting recognition for this nation in light of its many atrocities,
The Security Council, therefore,
Recognizes Mikeswill's institution and organization of a notorious crime ring of international art thieves, whose actions include but are not limited to:And that these actions have allowed the nation of Mikeswill to amass a collection of ill-gotten international art so massive that its value exceeds that of any other nation's galleries,
- Collection of national artworks via operatives based in satellite states,
- Legal but unsavory acquisition of artwork at offering prices so low as to be declared highway robbery.
- Fencing of stolen artwork through legal channels from their bases of operation to the home nation of Mikeswill.
- Artificial price inflation of certain rare artworks for the purposes of swindling potential buyers and for the committing of insurance fraud
Reminds the members of this Assembly of Mikeswill's activities, under the guise of infiltration of enemy ranks, through their puppet state The Highlander 1, to refound the region Ile de France, which served as a base of operations for numerous raiding organizations, which was used as a staging point for a number of invasions, and which recruited new member nations of these organizations, all as part of a dark deal made by Mikeswill to gain immunity from the military actions of these raider organizations,
Calls attention to Mikeswill's long opposition to the Security Council's use of Liberations to help reclaim occupied regions, and their false insistence that occupation by raider forces is a failing of regional defense that should not be remedied by this Council,
Acknowledges that Mikeswill's repeated protesting against the use of Liberations is at least partially responsible for the foundation of the modern-day "Anti-Security Council" movement, which attempts to undermine this Council's authority,
Alarmed at Mikeswill's oppressive reign over the region of Nationstates, where Mikeswill has held executive power over for (with only a single brief interruption) a combined more than five thousand nine hundred and seven days, without democratic election, and under the illusion of a region dedicated to “peace” and “love”,
Believes that the culmination of all these actions has turned the once Commendable nation of Mikeswill into an international pariah deserving of the Condemnation of this Council,
and Hereby Condemns Mikeswill.
