i believe this should only be voluntary because the religious persecution and the mercenary like dealings as it's foreign policy is something that the city of kosaki does not support as it's in opposition of the core values of kosaki city and it's people because we believe in the right to self expression and religions are a part of that right to expression, and the mercenary like foreign policy is another issue that we do not support as dictatorships tend to be more unstable and the people will only overthrow a government if the people oppose the government to such a degree that they believe a peaceful dialogue can no longer be achieved

I don't see how referring to GA#1 could be in any way illegal. HR#1 I guess could be more questionable as "The Axis of Evil" was a real-world reference, but it could be read in-game too. If those were your concerns, they're absolutely fine.

While I only just found this, I would have presumed illegal because both involved (implicitly) Maxtopia’s role as a nation owned by an admin/the owner for testing purposes & the UN/WA joke/reset.

This is in fact, a perfect reason to dislike Max Barry. Who among us would not be better off if NS rapidly ceased to exist? Accordingly, conciensce (or however the hell you spell it) dictates that I must vote against this resolution.

I honestly think it's dangerous, because once a nation does it other nations will want it and who knows how many nations there are in the game.

That's why my vote is so difficult, even knowing that Maxtopia has already closed many negotiations with my nation The United Kingdom of Divinusland, I'm still very afraid.

Like, I meant I thought the breakdown was strange. It doesn’t follow typical patterns.

Against: TEP; TWP, Osi, TRR, TCB

For: TNP, TSP, Europe, Europeia, Balder, 10000 Islands

The internal vote for TNP was unanimously in favour, 16-0. Whereas, TRR vote was strongly opposed, 6-2.

I was assuming because the resolution isn’t related to anything strictly geopolitical, the breakdown isn’t following a geopolitical pattern.
