I think he genuinely has grown as a person and a player. When we've talked, he's sounded as though he's realized "hey, what I was doing wasn't so great". I'm certainly willing to forgive and mostly forget if they can do that. I see no reason not to.

As someone who has pretty much always been on the other side of the guy, I never thought it was in good taste to pick on them as much as people did when they were younger (and I said as much when I was still stewarding the NSGP server), and it's certainly not in good taste now that they're maturing. Didn't really feel it was necessary to add to the dogpile, but maybe it's important to throw that in as well.

Yes, I do know that. One of the reasons I said it was shite. I’ll be honest I did not like Apato’s proposals. However in their latest guises they have done good work in the SC. So I think this is a pretty piss poor effort at point scoring.

The principle of this proposal has been criticised by other people; the substance of this criticism is obvious. A great deal of the Security Council's time is taken up by commending nations, however; there is a Commend category and you cannot give Commend resolutions custom titles.
