IMO though I'd recommend trying to explicitly show how Thatcher's leadership specifically contributed to UDSAF giving such important support later on. You're currently implying it by saying "look, because Thatcher made the military and helped guide it, it was able to do these operations" - but that implication can be easily ignored by saying the UDSAF Commanders who came after Thatcher did all the hard work that led to the military's success without much contribution from Thatcher's previous leadership. So you need to state what Thatcher did that made UDSAF successful to this day - why his early leadership of the military is so notable.

Maybe something about how the principles he set or the infrastructure he created made it possible could work.

I was quite surprised to see this resolution...I remember the Union being my first longtime region in NS before I lapsed with my logins and ended up in Balder, having forgotten the name of the old region. Nice to see its grown over the years under Thatcherites!
