Yet it is commonly known that commending regionalist region-builders can be a highly difficult endeavor due to the view that the Security Council should commend work more broader in scope than within a single region. In keeping with its goals to promote community building throughout NationStates, the Partnership for Sovereignty expresses its disagreement with this view.
