However, it is a longstanding SC precedent that Liberations of regions are not imposed nor repealed without the consent of the native community, and in this case the natives have stated that they do not want the resolution repealed. You are, of course, welcome to try and pass this despite precedent, but I for one do not think that you are likely to succeed.
The only thing I care about is that this proposal has a chance of passing. Nothing else, just that.Bormiar wrote:Jeez, why can't you just listen to experienced authors when they tell you that your draft's going to be stomped into the ground? Why do you have to put up such a fight over this tiny little thing?
If it's such a big deal, by all means, submit it. Submit it right now. Campaign for it and waste your one dollar. When you watch it fail, come back here and do something constructive.
Yeesh.
Do you have a history of getting in trouble on this site? I think he's implying you're going to be DoSed.
I'm determined to get this proposal passed.
Also, I don't want to leave my region, as it could become a target for raiders.
Finally, I have an almost clean record. I did get some warnings for forum things here and there, though I think all of them expired by now. It's unlikely that I'm going to get DOSed.Fachumonn wrote:1. So you think Wayne hasn't gotten used to the SC any more than you have?
2. No, but it can and will change the outcome of any proposal that is submitted without that native support, which after all is how this stuff gets passed, isn't it?
3a. Oh, I'm sure of it.
3b. There's something called a purpose exaggeration, of course, you might not have considered that given you're hasty and poor responses + draft.
3c. Yeah, I agree. Good for them!
4. See my response 3b. It doesn't make sense when you take stuff like this literally, it just shows how little thought you actually put into anything. Also, no, we don't have a time machine, but experienced players have gotten a pretty good sense of how to make one...
5. Yeah, I saw it, and it doesn't make any sense.
6. Wayne's not, you are if you believe you can pass this.
1-6. Don't try to lure me into a threadjack.Lenlyvit wrote:No, I don't. But I have been playing this game long enough and have been involved in the SC long enough that I have a general feeling on how regions and nations would vote on certain proposals. Yours here would be a resounding against vote to rival the largest against votes in SC history.
Thank you for letting me know.
I'm still not abandoning this draft.

You don't have to leave your region. All you have to do is resign from the WA with this nation, then apply on a different nation (use the same email!) and put that nation in The North Pacific. You'll get lots of endorsements lickety-split.
I'm very impressed by your blind confidence and uneducated yet loudly-spoken opinions. I really do encourage you to submit this proposal ASAP so that you can put your theory up to the test.

1. You should learn that it really has absolutely no chance of that happening.
2a. That's not good because you will experience failure...
2b. I really don't want to help you with your attitude, but, if you really want to submit this, than remove your WA on this nation, move it to a puppet, and then move to a feeder and endo-tart.
2c. It can happen to anyone you know, even Mods.
3. I'm not.
4. Not abandoning is a mistake, I'll be jumping up and down when you learn that.

1a. I'd be excited to see you do it and take on the challenge.
1b. Are you seriously considering convincing Fash nations to get your proposal to quorum. Wow, I don't even know what to say.
2. Well then, nice time submitting this. It's not like you can't switch it back or can you? I forgot...

If they do raid it, which I doubt unless you make this a big deal, just go back after you submitted this and clean it up.
Yes, I've gotten the achievement of being raided by BoM and TNP... I feel proud about that one.

2. I allow open borders.
3. Because they're (ICly) imperialist.
