Nordic Lands is a much older roleplay region that wasn't founded by Layem. It was complaining about moderation long before Layem and will be complaining about them long after . This is Layem's way of giving up.

It is a question worth answering, regardless of who is asking, for the sake of anyone unfamiliar with the situation. Before today I had no idea the kind of OOC stuff we were dealing with.

Also, as one who opposes bullying, spam (especially Nazi spam), racism, vulger language, and the other stuff I am now thoroughly aware Layem is clearly guilty of, I see the strong case for this proposal.

From what I can gather in this thread, off-site behaviour that many find offensive. I see no evidence provided in this thread, but I will take their word for it.

Even so, I don't see how this can be the basis for a liberation. I'm already against malicious liberations since their inception out of principle, so off-site OOC behaviour is even less of a justification for something that is supposed to be IC. Not my problem.

Given that it would've been virtually impossible for this not to pass given the all major delegates as well as those of GCRs supporting it, why was such a campaign felt necessary?

Is there any precedent for a similar campaign reaching out to all nations voting for any resolution and asking them to change to against?

That’s news to me, honestly. I ran a stamps telegram to get approvals once it was submitted, but that’s it apart from directly contacting coordinating with Delegates that I or those working with me know.
