I'm sure you could find many reasons to commend the North Pacific. I'd probably vote for a resolution that did, but not this one. Maybe take a swing at commending some its officials and former delegates, there is a quite a few that are (and have been) deserving of the honour. Commending individual nations might be easier but then again, what do i know lol.

(Still getting used to the forums, as some eagle eyed observers may notice)
