I am looking to write a condemnation of Lily, but I don't know how to do research that will find me their (major) raids. Could anyone help me? Is there anyone I should talk to?

Use the search feature on the RMB and NS forums. Filter by Gameplay, technical, Security Council, and WA Archives to get the best result for gameplay. You can also filter by topic titles or first post only only if there's too much content.

And you can use Google: "site:nationstates.net Lily". This will grab dispatches for you.

You're lucky because Lily currently exists. That means you can ask people about it. That being said, it's very possible to get a draft done with just forum/RMB/offsite forum/wayback records. It just takes a bit of work.
