Observing, however, that one "region" stood alone atop the smouldering wasteland of the multiverse, a feat never before seen,

Well, technically, our proposals are about different things. Honey's is about congratulating the winner while mine is about explaining the event as a whole. Plus the draft is literally the resolution I wrote which definitely carries with it some degree of irony.
