Understanding that this resolution will strike down the barriers self-imposed on the region and allow it to come under the control of the interregional community,
Disgusted by Sanctum's association with some of the most reprehensible regions in existence, as well as their unashamed apologetic behavior while defending such relations,
Horrified by the nations Sanctum harbors within, which includes several ill-intentioned nations shunned by the wider international community for their myriad of questionable values and actions,
Abhorred by Sanctum's relentless harassment of some of the most respected figures in the multiverse for no apparent reason, showcasing their leaders' unjustified malice towards other nations in full force,
Believing that such heinous misconducts must be appropriately punished this august body, and a message must be sent to other regions looking to take a similar path,
Hereby liberates Sanctum.
