Space Force Initiative

The Peoples Republic of Burkintain recommends the council assemble a military space agency for reconnaissance, early warning on enemy military actions, and all around defense for the alliance.

In an SC proposal yes, there are so many things wrong with this, but the first and foremost thing was that you don't understand how the WA works.
Doesn't matter if this is legal or illegal, it's a bad attempt.

Also branding by listing your name. Resolutions are supposed to be from the WA's pov, not yours.
