Hello,
Every member of nation states , do you know that in Every second 5 honest baby passes away from the world . It happens that babies come to this world very early or their mothers live in either village or their house is far away from hospital. So, with that iam proposing that we should form NSCF this organisation will prepare some funds from every country and with that funds this organisation will save those babies.
