NOTING The Mystical Council was raided over a week ago, on February 7th,

ACKNOWLEDGING Delegate Diviciacus has banned 6 natives of the region so far,

ASTONISHED by the acts that Diviciacus has yet to even recognize the people's who home region got taken over, instead calling it "their RMB", even though The Mystical Council has been around for years,

DISMAYED that Diviciacus has put up a "natives banned" counter on the WFE, taking laugh at native region members trying to get their region back,

OBSERVING that The Mystical Council was invaded by harsh raiding regions, including but not limited to The Brotherhood of Malice, The Black Hawks, and Osiris,

SEEING Diviciacus only let a change in delegacy to NewCambria for no more than 12 hours, showing their true Iron-Fist rule,

HEREBY Condemns Diviciacus

I was kinda scared of putting a draft out there because I was worried of the negative feedback and that I wasn't great at this. But I think now I might try some more drafts.

Honestly, I think the player who controls Diviciacus; Venico; could be deserving of a Condemnation. A single raid doesn't make the cut, but if you can put more research into Venico's raiding career I think you could get pretty good material for a Condemnation.

Yeah I was thinking about that after I made this draft. I probably will create a draft about that sometime.

The writing could be a lot better, some clauses are poorly constructed. Instead of firing off multiple drafts I would advise you to do three things.

Firstly read and understand the SC rules. Secondly, decide on a candidate and do your research, in depth. So far your two attempts have been very light in this area.

Thirdly read previously passed C&Cs to get an idea of the standard required.

On the plus side kudos for drafting here first rather than submitting.

Venico is likely Condemnable, but you are indeed going to need much more material than just those two raids.

Yeah, but like i said, that was just a few scrap minutes of looking. Once I have more time, then I can make it.
Edit: Ugh, unfourtunately, that is all I could find of Venico being the main nation in a raid. I really thought there was more material, but they cted for like 6 straight years. Although, they did create the brotherhood of malice, a premier raiding region, so I guess I could scrap a proposal about 2 raids, 1 being of an important sinker region, and also creating one of the most destructive raiding regions in NS to this day. I might try it. IDK.
