Traumatised that this respected region took such a big hit
Observing the raider delegate Got The Munchies Real Bad Man
Noting that endorsers of the delegate got really high
Enflamed that defenders took a huge blow
Determined to keep this blunt

Hereby declares that A Liberal Haven got toasted.

Hmm. I don't really like that last line, "Hereby declares this raid was smokin'."
Maybe something more like "Hereby declares that A Liberal Haven got toasted."?
