No, because you can't. Badge refers to an authorship badge, which as already explained wouldn't be the case here because I would be using a separate WA puppet to submit the proposal. Therefore accusations of 'badge-hunting' have no grounding in reality.

Besides, if I was badge-hunting I'd be submitting proposals (over)pandering to the SC, wouldn't I? Can't really do a badge hunt with a self-commend.

Additionally, other than their intention of submitting on their WA nation and naming themselves co-author (which is just as bad as using your main, if not worse), it's also the end goal of getting a shiny commend badge on their nation page. So in this case it's basically a triple-whammy.

Let's be honest. This is not a self-commend attempt or a proposal attempt, but rather an attempt to garner attention by proposing something he probably will not even submit (and knows will never pass anyway), and everyone who replied here (including me) effectively gave him his wish.

Is this really still going on? Look, your proposal is not nearly extensive enough to garner support for passage. You've only been on NS for a little over two years, during which I don't think you've done anything of note on a large scale. It takes years of dedication and hard work in one area of the game or another to be considered for commendation or condemnation, sometimes which doesn't even guarantee passage (referencing a recently DOSd player). You should put some hard work into an area of the game for a couple more years before trying to get a commendation, and definitely let someone else write it without you asking. Self-commendation is a big no-no.
