Introducing Rick Perry as a nation that nearly devastated all of The Official United Nations and caused a civil war to break out in that region, also used nation's to become delegate in order to cause havoc across The Official United Nations.

Beginning with the fact that Rick Perry claimed delegacy after noting that the current delegate of The Official United Nations was in violation of one of the articles in The Official United Nations 1st amendment, which was not true.

Alarmed of Rick Perry's deeds to The Official United Nations's such as:

-Abusing delegacy powers in their region such as, banning nation's, suppressing posts that are legal in The Official United Nations.

-Bringing many puppets into The Official United Nations on a high account and sending telegrams to Grande Germania in order to
justify himself innocent and remain in their delegacy while abusing his powers as above.

-Rick Perry taking the place of the rightful government of the region by deception, and claiming false for the accusations against them, such as
bringing too many puppets into the The Official United Nations only for the claims to be denounced by many member nation's of The Official United Nations

Recognizing that actions such as the ones that Rick Perry did, can destroy a region, also given the current punishments will not be enough as member nation's of The Official United Nations see it is possible for Rick Perry to be unbanned by future officers with the power of border control, then regain power in their past region and continue to destroy and put The Official United Nations in total havoc as well as causing possible trouble in other regions across the world.

Hoping that this condemnation will warn Rick Perry not to do such actions ever again in any region;

Yes, but spoon feeding only teaches you the shape of the spoon. The rules are pinned in this forum and they are fairly straightforward. Try reading them first.

I see that Rule 1 a. could be the reason my proposal can be illegal.

Yeah. Again nothing in the rules said that we can't have Puppets. And before you came hittit said that the puppets were fine because they make us look bigger. So I was actually doing what I was told. And if you wanted no puppets in the region you could have made a Amendment but instead you broke the rules as well by banning a nation for no reason.

Basically this conversation sums up why the nominee isn't condemnable and basically is just a minor regional spat.

It's not nice to lie. You banned a nation without reason which if I remember correctly that is against Amendment #1 of TOUN's Constitution.

No nation is to be expelled, banned, or otherwise removed from The Official United Nations unless they are in violation with the rules of NationStates or the laws laid out in this Constitution. Rules that are to be considered ejectable or banable include hate speech, raiding or greifing, attempted raiding or greifing, the unlawful expulsion of another nation, or the malicious use of puppets within The Official United Nations.
If any of these rules are broken, then a warning is to be given to the offending region by a regional officer. If a nation then commits a second offense, then they are to be expelled from the region. Banning is not required but usable on a case by case basis. The exception to this rule is for the attempted raiding or griefing of our region in which case the offending nation should be immediately be ejected and banned from the region.

I'm still gonna vote against ur proposed amendment cuz removing all puppets would lead to us looking smaller and wouldn't accomplish much.

I've taken a look at the SC rules and I can see one glaring rule violation here — see if you can spot it.
