1. Article A, Section 2 of the Concordat of the East Pacific by not being an elected Delegate;
2. Section IV, Clause 4.5 of the Delegate Election Act by being the Delegate despite not having won a majority of votes;
3. Section III, Clause 3.2.4 of the Regional Message Board Regulation Act by repeatedly impersonating a position the nation is not allowed to have, that being the legitimate Delegate of the East Pacific;

Shocked that not only has VW53Aland broken the Concordat and two other laws, VW53ALand committed high treason by overthrowing the legitimate Delegate of the East Pacific and sedition by falsely claiming on the East Pacific's Regional Message Board that the election was "rigged";

Noting that VW53ALand has already began implementing totalitarian measures on the population of the East Pacific despite not being the legitimate Delegate of the East Pacific by forcefully ordering all residents to endorse Albrook, the legitimate Delegate of the East Pacific, and that this order is most likely a ruse in order to determine how much the population fears and follows orders from coup Delegate VW53ALand;
